Zentral gelegene Unterkunft, sauber, gemütlich, kleines italienisches Frühstücksangebot. Sehr freundliches Personal!
Zimmer Reinigung ist in den vier Tagen nur auf mehrfaches Nachfragen erfolgt, Toilettenpapier nur auf Nachfrage. Handtuchwechsel hat nicht stattgefunden.

Good location, nice garden, nice rooms, private garage for bikes
The walls and doors are thin on the first floor, you can hear everything from the common area and other rooms.

The room was run down and not very nice considering how expensive it was. I have stayed at many places in Finale, and this was one of the more expensive ones but was on the lower end for nicest.
Our first morning we had to leave early at 7h55 for an event. On the phone the night before they mentioned breakfast could be as early as 7h45. When we whatsapp'd to confirm this, we were then told they could not come before 8am. They did not offer to leave something out for us as an option to go and didn't even respond when I said 8 is too late for us and we therefore would not have time to get any breakfast. We had breakfast there the 2nd day and it would have been very easy to leave a few bits for us in the fridge to go for the 1st day. It was dissapointing how they weren't accomodating at all with this. (also the breakfast they offer is less than whats in the photos on booking, the photos have a lot more options so are deceiving)
