The Hotel is nicely located directly at the beach promenade of Finale, overlooking the palm/pine trees and the beach. The interior stylish in earthy tones! The concierge was super helpful with recommendations & bookings in the finest restaurants in Finale, excellent service at all times!!

First day the floor did not seem clean, but we arrived early - might be the reason why - all other days were perfect.

Superb

Excellent position, a five minute walk from the railway station, 50 metres from the town's main square and Duomo, just across the road from the sea. Really appreciated being given a room upgrade, as the hotel wasn't full in the low-season period I was there. Helpfully keep towels at the foot of the staircase/lift, so you can just grab one and then toss the used ones back into a bin when you come back from a swim/a day at the beach. Comfortable beds with a wide selection of pillows, spacious bathroom and shower. Will definitely return

A goodish stay.

The staff is all in all professional and nice to the guests. The room was comfy. The hotel is in the city center and in front of the seaside.

They messaged me to know the size of my car for the parking lot. At this point, I thought the parking lot service was included in the price of the stay (+/- €200 per night). It wasn't and they didn't notify me about the surcharge. At the checkout, they charged 18 euros for the parking lot service. It's ok, but I wished they told me in the chat before arrival. Also, the parking lot is far from the hotel and I had to take a ride on a two-seat van with the staff. The guy who was driving had to show another client a different parking space and he took me around the town. The reception and lounge area is a bit messy (there are messy objects lying around: fliers, papers, children's toys). Breakfast is ok. Nothing exceptional.

we had a room on thé réât pf thé building and in the morning at 6am it started being very noisy due to the garbage collection ecc. sleeping is for me very important at the moment and I was disappointed to not be able to sleep a bit more since we arrived late at night with a. small child

Ho prenotato questo hotel per mia madre che si è trovata benissimo. Posizione strategica, di fronte al mare e con il centro a 100 metri circa. Il personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Un profumo di pulito favoloso e la camera super confortevole.

Bella struttura, in posizione centrale e comoda al mare. Colazione soddisfacente.

Nel complesso la struttura e i servizi non sono all'altezza di un quattro stelle. Di conseguenza il rapporto qualità/prezzo non regge. Per la vacanza al mare sconsiglio le camere senza balcone anche perché molto piccole. Pulizia del bagno accettabile ma non impeccabile. Scaldasalviette arrugginito e polveroso.

Das Hotel is gut renoviert und zentral gelegen. Sehr nette Mitarbeitende am Empfang!

In diesem Hotel muss man unbedingt einen Balkon haben und Blick zum Meer, ausserdem in einem höher gelegeneren Stock wohnen. Wir konnten in den dritten Stock umziehen, aber hatten keinen Balkon.
