Very welcoming and attentive hostess! Beautiful, stylishly decorated room. Excellent bathroom, full set of necessary accessories. Incredible terrace with sun loungers, private shower and charming olive tree. To the water's edge on the beach - no more than 50 meters (although you have to overcome them through a rather busy roadway). For us, proximity to the sea, peace and privacy were important. We got this in full! The most vivid impression for me was the constant and peaceful sound of the surf, which I enjoyed around the clock.

Of the things I didn't like, these are more likely objective circumstances and are not subject to solution by the owner: at night and early in the morning it is sometimes too noisy due to the proximity of the road. The problem can most likely be solved by closing the windows and using the air conditioner, but we are still accustomed to access to fresh air. The car parking itself was safe, but entering and exiting it was stressful for me (due to heavy traffic and the terrain features). The car spent most of the time in the parking lot, a trip to a supermarket or a restaurant took at least 1 kilometer each way, which is a bit difficult for me personally.

Perfect place!

Perfect location with view of the beach and a nice terrass. Super clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. The host is reliable and super nice. Only little drawback is the busy road you have to cross for the beach. It is better to walk to the centre and it is not far.

- it was pretty clean - we got a big private terrace - the view was incredible! - the hotel is really close to the sea and also to final borgo. - the hostess is really friendly and gave us all to have a really enjoyable stay. - Perfect for a bike trip with max. 2 friends!

Herrlich 🤩

Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ein Traum. Das Frühstück ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gab zwar Wurst, Käse, Marmelade,Honig,Eier, aber....mir persönlich fehlten Brötchen oder richtiges Brot. Es gab nur Toast. Aber es ist ein toller Bäcker in der Nähe und somit hatten wir unser Problem gelöst.

Die Aussicht und der Strand der sehr nahegelegen war. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr schön

Tutto perfetto!

Stanza pulitissima, spaziosa, molto comoda, spazio esterno bellissimo e tutto molto curato, host presente, gentile, preparata e super efficiente, posizione splendida per il mare, un po' meno per i servizi ma era risaputo. Abbiamo prenotato qui proprio per la vista mare e la vicinanza alla spiaggia, siamo venuti per il Viaggio nel Medioevo di Finalborgo, quindi per la fiera ed il mare bisognava comunque prender l'auto.

Purtroppo, data la posizione direttamente sull'Aurelia, si sente un po' il rumore del traffico, fortunatamente c'era il climatizzatore (che a dire il vero è servito solamente una notte) ed abbiamo potuto tenere la finestra chiusa, tuttavia il rumore del mare viene comunque sovrastato dal traffico.

Genialna lokalizacja przy samej plaży, a do centrum miasta 15 minut spacerem. Do autostrady również 15 minut. Obok plaży publicznej jest plaża prywatna z leżakami, parasolami i barem, gdzie jedliśmy typowo włoskie śniadania - rogalik/słodka bułka + kawa/sok. W pokoju Właścicielka na życzenie zapewnia przekąski, serki, napoje, więc niczego nam nie brakowało. Do dyspozycji poza pokojem taras ze stolikiem oraz mały ogródek z leżakami, prysznicem i widokiem na morze. Można przyjechać samochodem (zapewnione jest miejsce postojowe) i można zabrać ze sobą zwierzaka.

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Garten/Terasse direkt am Meer

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick und direkt am Strand. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und liebevoll dekorierter Garten. Man hört in der Nacht sogar das Meeresrauschen.

Straße sehr laut und stark befahren. Bett knarrt sehr laut. Frühstück in Beach Bar besteht nur aus 1 Getränk und 1 Croissant pro Person. Dafür gab es im Zimmer noch Joghurts, Säfte und Kleinigkeiten. Obst, Brot, Butter etc wäre aber noch fein gewesen.

Seepferdchen-Nestchen

Sehr zuvorkommende Kommunikation per WhatsApp und persönlich. Wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtetes Seepferdchen-Nestchen. Grosser Garten mit viel Privatsphäre und fantastischem Panorama aufs Meer. Strand nur über die Straße gleich zu erreichen. Frühstück war gewöhnungsbedürftig aber interessant. Sehr herzlichen die Gastgeschenke - selbst gemachtes Seepferdchen-Seifen. Keine großen Schiffe, Wassersport "direkt vor der Nase' sondern einfach nur das Meer.

Lauter Verkehr und Baustelle direkt davor, wofür der Vermieter nichts kann. Schwaches WiFi. Das Bett hat geknarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Die Badewanne hatte leider defekte Düsen und der Heizungskörper leider ein wenig verrostet.

La cura dei particolari in camera e anche nel graziosissimo spazio all ' aperto con lettini divanetto e doccia Posizione ottima per la spiaggia adiacente e per passeggiata serale verso il lungomare. Host, molto gentile e disponibile. Ci voglio tornare sicuramente.

Location perfetta per un bel weekend lungo di relax.

La struttura ha una posizione eccezionale, pare quasi di essere in una cartolina: letteralmente affacciati sul mare! La stanza era molto pulita e profumata, accessoriata con quanto indicato nella prenotazione e comprensiva anche di una dolce sorpresa di benvenuto. Zona molto tranquilla, ben fornita di tutto, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi si trova un mini supermercato, di fronte alla camera invece vi è sia una spiaggia libera sia una spiaggia accessoriata. Padrona di casa impeccabile, gentilissima e molto disponibile in tutto.

Posizione fantastica, torneremo sicuramente se la salute di mio marito ce lo permetterà...tutto perfetto e molto più di quanto ci aspettavamo... letti comodissimi, colazione super, pulizia e cortesia al top...prezzo nella norma...unica nota negativa ( non riguarda la struttura), le agenzie turistiche chiuse, o meglio....aperte dal venerdì alla domenica....x noi con soggiorno da lunedì a mercoledì...niente info x la zona..
