Nice location, close to the old town, half an hour walking distance from the beach. We found free parking near-by, but private also available.

Beautiful room walking distance from Finalborgo

It had an amazing location, just a couple of minutes walk from Finalborgo medieval town. The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious.

The rooms was great but there is always room for improvement and even though we already knew before booking of course, but the room could have used more closet space and a small fridge to store water or some small drinks. For short stays it should be fine though. Even though the bathroom was very clean and modern but it had ventilation issues as there was always a humidity smell in there.

Well located, easy to find, comfortable room

The AC didn’t reach the 2nd floor properly so they were hot, and those sleeping on the main floor were freezing

Location is very good

It was very hard to get upstairs with a suitcase, considering that the stair is very narrow and spiral. We needed 2 men to get the luggage upstairs. This narrow stairs is the only say to the apartment. Once you get in the apartment ceiling are pretty low and there is no Air conditioner. Make sure to check the room description of the room you are booking. Not all the rooms have AC. There is no coffee machine. I would not stay in this property again.

The location is perfect for the old town and our room, Buenos Aries, had great air con. There is a communal fridge, kettle and sink outside the room for all guests to use too.

A wonderful stay close to beaches and the historic centre. A paradise for Mountain bikers.

What a wonderful stay! The rooms are new and bright with modern decor. Gabriele is a wonderful host, he was very easy to communicate with and he gave us some excellent recommendations for booking a last minute bike tour of Finale Ligure. The location is excellent, walking distance within the historic centre and about a 10-15 minute walk to the many beaches in the area. We'll be sure to stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Beautiful view of the garden

the spacious room the clean bathrooms and the beautiful view of the garden, we also went to the restaurant and I must say that I ate the best pasta dish of my life, I will definitely come back I hope as soon as possible, host available and attentive to our every request, thank you guys

Appartamento situato a due passi da Finalborgo, comodo anche per raggiungere il mare sia a piedi sia in pullman. Stanze pulite e accoglienti. Vista sul giardino bella e ovviamente silenziosa. Grazie ai nostri host, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Per fortuna ad ottobre la stagione è bassa e la ns/ vacanza è stata breve.

Nessuna colazione prevista da contratto. Posizione buona in quanto vicina ad un Borgo medievale molto vivo e interessante ma per chi vuole la spiaggia e il mare rimane un po' scomodo dover utilizzare sempre la macchina . Un balconcino per accedere all'esterno.

Ingresso in un vicolo molto stretto e trafficato. Assenza totale di personale. Sono stata in altri hotel all'estero estremamente tecnologici ma in alcune ore c'era una presenza umana . Doversela cavare con le procedure solo on line potrebbe essere complicato per chi non è avvezzo alla dirompente tecnologia. In futuro preferirò di gran lunga entrare in un luogo con un accoglienza umana.

Posizione centrale parcheggio non troppo distante

L'accesso tramite scala a chiocciola è assolutamnte troppo stretto, far passere una valigia rigida anche non enorme diventa un problema, La camera da letto era moloto carina ma il "corridoio" dove era sistemato 'altro letto era cieco e scomodo Essendo corricoio, bagno e camera da letto su livelli diversi (piccoli gradini) bisogna fare alttenzione nello spostarsi

Fuga al mare

La nostra camera era carina, molto silenziosa e con un ampio bagno. Mi è piaciuto il sistema di registrazione ed accesso alla struttura complettamente automatizzato che consente di arrivare a qualsiasi ora. Nei dintorni sono disponibili aree dove parcheggiare con parecchi stalli anche per le moto. Inoltre Finale è raggiungibile con una comoda passeggiata di circa 20 minuti.

Accedere alla camera dalla scaletta a chiocciola con i bagagli al seguito è un po difficoltoso.

Pulizia migliorabile in generale. Una delle due stanze aveva una porta che si apriva direttamente su una scala a chiocciola, molto stretta e scomoda per trasportare le valigie.

Scarsa pulizia della doccia, polvere e umidità. Le lenzuola e le asciugamani non erano ne asciutte ne stirate. La camera non si rendeva ben presentabile ne in linea con il prezzo.

Es war alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

Tolles, schön eingerichtetes, modernes grosses Zimmer mit schönem Badezimmer. Sehr funktionell, alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Dusche ist super. Das W-Lan ist top. Gabriele ist immer erreichbar über Whatsapp. Der Parkplatz war super.

Es gibt keine tägliche Reinigung.
