Pier is very kind and very supportive. The location is clean and close to the city.

You can hear everything from your neighbors since the doors of the rooms are not thick. If that would be fixed or sound proof doors were installed it would be the perfect place.

Friendly welcome by the staff, who was helpfull during the stay. The rooms are clean and there is a large bike storage.

The beds are too soft, the family apartment is not very spacious.

Cozy flat with private parking

Comfy and clean room with private courtyard, calm area, private parking, available and welcoming host. 20 min walking to the beach, exactly in front of the mediaeval village. Highly recommend!

The walls that divide the apartments are tiny so you can experience some noise from other guests.

Perfect little place in Finalborgo

Lovely and clean place, beautiful garden, comfortable bed, just outside medieval Finalborgo city walls, stunning views of the old city and mountains. The coffee and tea maker and mini fridge were great to have, welcome bottles of water and biscuits a nice touch. I would highly recommend this place.

It's a bit far to walk to the beach, but nice to be near the medieval Finalborgo, and great location for cyclists I'm sure. Lots of mosquitos, so bring some mosquito repellent.

Exceptional

Everything was good. We loved the location right next to the old town of Finalborgo. 15 minute walk to the beach and safe parking with locked door. The room was clean and comfy with cool details like blue light in the shower. All in all great stay and great value for money 😊

Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!! - One very minor point could be that the blue lights of the switches in each room can lead to the fact that it doesn’t get completely dark at night. But again, very minor point and but might be important to some.

Ottima stanza ,peccato il rumore.

Ottima posizione,camera pulita,bagno pulito,posto auto molto molto comodo,il giardino riservato alla camera davvero molto grande e con gli alberi di limoni e pompelmi,davvero bello. Letto comodo Il bagno davvero bello e nuovo,doccia molto grande. Piacevole anche l'illuminazione. Apprezzate davvero le tapparelle elettriche.

Il rumore,la stanza poco insonorizzata,i vicini si alzavano alle 6 o 7 e l'acqua sia della doccia che del bagno faceva davvero tanto rumore,poi anche il parlare si sentiva molto. Anche la porta d'ingresso delle camere non si chiudeva facilmente e sbattevano la porta per chiudere.

Deludente, l’host è molto furbo fate attenzione

Spazi molto piccoli e ristretti. In una stanza per due è stato inserito un terzo “letto” e un bagno. Tutto molto stretto e compatto pur di far star dentro più persone possibili.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und befand sich an einer optimalen Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, Lage super zentral und ruhig. Perfekt für Biikeurlaub. Parkplatz auch für größere Busse geeignet. Alles gut abgeschlossen, Bikegarage, Schlauch zum Waschen vorhanden. Netter schattiger Garten mit Kumquat und Zitronenbäumen von denen man naschen darf . Einrichtung neu und gepflegt, super bequeme Betten . Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im garten gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine. Pier empfängt die Gäste freundlich und gibt Tipps für Restaurants. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Alles super - wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist hellhörig , wie halt überall in Italien . Mit Oropax schläft man auch gut.

Perfekte Lage! Restaurants und Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Durch den Parkplatz sehr bequem und sicher. Das Zimmer ist modern und schön eingerichtet.

Entre Bike, baignade et apéro cet endroit est mon favorit.

Un appartement bien rénové mais assez mal insonorisé. Un très joli jardin arborisé et cerise sur le gâteau: un cafetière italienne avec du café à disposition.

Immeuble d'habitation avec pas mal de bruit tôt le matin quand les gens partent travailler, après c'est assez calme.

Soggiorno piacevole e rigenerante

La struttura si trova a due passi da Finalborgo, un bellissimo borgo circondato da mura e in cui si respira un’atmosfera medievale, consigliatissimo da visitare la sera. La camera, al piano terra, era molto pulita e accogliente; altrettanto apprezzata la piccola colazione. Bellissimo il giardino con le piante da frutto dove lasciare l’auto. Pier, l’host, è stato molto cordiale e gentile nel fornirci le informazioni principali per esplorare i dintorni.

Appartamento Finalborgo

L'appartamento è molto pulito e carino. Comodo il parcheggio privato per l'auto appena fuori dal cortile. A Finalborgo ci si va a piedi, a Finale ci vanno 5 minuti in auto. Molto carino anche il cortile. Presenti cucina attrezzata, smart TV, lavatrice e Stendino. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

Posto consigliatissimo vicino al Borgo

La camera era molto bella, sembrava appena ristrutturata. Mobili nuovi, lettone comodissimo. Doccia fantastica. Assolutamente pulita. C'era un terrazzo con anche un piccolo stendipanni molto utile. La posizione è ottima rispetto a Finalborgo. Si è appena fuori dalle mura, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal borgo e da tutti i localini, quindi per la sera è TOP, ma allo stesso tempo c'è la possibilità di mettere l'auto in loco, cosa che all'interno del borgo è impossibile. Gian ci ha accolti con gentilezza, consigliandoci anche dei ristoranti o dei posti dove noleggiare delle bici.

La stanza arresta con cura e tutto nuovo. La pulizia impeccabile. Il giardino con annesso frutteto, una meraviglia. Il posto auto recintato. La location comodissima. La doccia perfetta. Pier disponibilissimo e gentilissimo.

La mancanza di un ripiano sia nella stanza sia in bagno. La non insonorizzazione delle stanze.

Super Mountainbike Urlaub und perfekte Unterkunft. Direkte nähe zu den Shuttles.

Pier hat hier eine perfekte Unterkunft für jeden Mountainbiker oder auch für Personen die einfach nur Urlaub in Finale Ligure machen wollen. Super Kommunikation, Super Unterkunft, absolut perfekt. Ich werde wieder kommen! Pier ist ein super Gastgeber. Er hat mir auch geholfen, mich in der Umgebung zurecht zu finden. Das Fahrrad konnte man in der Fahrrad-Garage sehr sicher verstauen.
