Incredible and special place

I loved my stay in "Ca' degli Ulivi". It is placed in Perti Alta which is a magical and special place.It is 15/20 minutes (depending on your speed) by foot, far from the historical center of Final Borgo. The road which brings you from Final Borgo to Perti Alta is a Medieval road, which passes near two historical fortresses of Final Borgo, one is Castel San Giovanni and the other is Castel Gavone. The road is called "Strada della Regina" o "Strada Beretta", but if you don't like to walk, you can easily arrive just in front of "Ca' degli Ulivi" by car using the paved road. I was in Finale to go mountain biking. In the morning, I was descending by bike (literally two minutes) and in the afternoon, I enjoyed the walk back. Perti is a really quiet and safe neighbourhood , but the owner allowed me to keep the bike in the living room. During the evenings, I enjoyed the quiet of Perti, the nature and the incredible view from my room and the living room. There are two restaurants and I tried "Antica Osteria", which is in the same building as "Ca' degli Ulivi". The food is typical local food and is really nice. For the nights where I didn't want to go out, I could use the microwave to cook something easy in my living room. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, simply furnished but with everything you need for a week's stay. In the bedroom, the bed is positioned so you can see outside. The bed itself is large and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and she responded quickly and thoroughly to all my questions and concerns during the booking process. If I were to return to Finale Ligure, I would definitely check again to see if Ca degli Ulivi is available.

We loved it here!! Such a peaceful place, and a great location if you want to access many crags or bike trails. It was great to have a little kitchen (although there are a couple of restaurants to choose from up here), the bed was comfy and our host was so friendly! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous and relaxing destination.

I loved the location, the restaurant downstairs was amazing, and the short walk to Final Borgo down a beautiful path.

That there was only a microwave and fridge. It would have been nice to make a coffee (not instant) at the house. It didn't take away from our stay but would have been a nice perk!

Uno splendido weekend nella natura.

Posizionato sulle alture di Finalborgo,la struttura offre, in un ambiente pulito ed accogliente massimo comfort e anche una suggestiva vista mare, facilmente raggiungibile sia in macchina che attraverso il suo caratteristico sentiero naturale dal centro del paese,valore aggiunto la presenza gentile della Signora Alba che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa.... consigliatissimo ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Joli logement au-dessus de Finale Borgo

Logement simple mais très agréable et propre ; la petite cuisine permet de se préparer un repas ; accueil très gentil de la propriétaire. On dispose d'une jolie vue, le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. Finale Ligure et Finale Borgo sont des destinations de charme très sympas et vivantes pour séjourner.

Pour y accéder en voiture, il faut faire un petit détour et sous le logement il y a un restaurant qui génère un peu de bruit le soir mais rien de très gênant.

Vacanza relax

Le stanze le abbiamo trovate pulitissime, generi di prima accoglienza per colazione inaspettati e graditissimi,la Sig.ra. Alba persona squisita di estrema gentilezza e cortesia. Situato in una posizione tattica che porta verso i sentieri per gli appassionati di trekking e di arrampicata e sul sentierino che porta in 15 minuti al.centro di Finalborgo.

Muy buena estancia

Todo muy bien y muy limpio, perfecto para pasar unos días. Cerca de Finalborgo, a unos 10 mins pero en plena naturaleza y con muchos caminos y senderos cerca para explorar la zona.

Prácticamente nada, lo único el ruido hasta medianoche más o menos del restaurante de abajo, algunos días.

Aufstehen bei so einem Sonnenaufgang ist für die Region ein Muss! Die Nähe zur Mountainbike Base ist super! Die Menschen die genau da wohnen sind sehr offen und super lustig! Und wenn man Authentizität in jede Richtung haben will, bitte hier ohne Worte anmelden. Es ist durch die dünnen Wände zwar umständlich, aber man kann Fahrräder auch drinnen lagern. Die Hosterin spricht leider wenig bis kein Englisch, was aber kein Problem war und sie ist ein Sweetheart sondergleichen.

Man sollte erwähnen, dass das ganze 2 Zimmer sind, die wie eine Wohngemeinschaft aufgebaut sind. Wie Ich als Einzelperson da war, war das kein Problem. Wer jedoch ein Problem mit "Mitbewohnern" hat, sollte das eher meiden. Das Badezimmer ist außerdem nur als Einzelperson angenehm. 4 Personen für dieses sehr kleine Badezimmer muss man mögen. Dazu kommt das offensichtliche, das Haus ist alt und die Wände sind dünn. Die Taverne die unten dran ist, ist super gemütlich und hat wahnsinnig gutes Essen, aber man hört sehr viel durch die dünnen Wände hinauf. Wenn man Lärmempfindlich ist, bitte meiden. Wenn ich im Sommer da wäre, würde ich aber sowieso dort am Balkon für den Sonnenuntergang sitzen. Wenn man weiß worum es sich hier handelt, kann man hier nichts falsch machen. Allein der Sonnenaufgang und zu was man aufwacht ist alles wert (der ist angehängt)

bella location di pace e tranquillità

Nella prenotazione non è prevista la colazione e la mia stanza prevedeva il bagno esterno. Nonostante ciò la proprietaria è MOLTO disponibile ed accogliente e mette a disposizione, in una stanza attigua, una macchina del caffè, cialde, biscotti e frigorifero. Location immersa nel verde a due passi dai percorsi ciclistici outdoor e per chi va ad arrampicare. Al piano di sotto c'è una trattoria con cucina locale (ANTICA OSTERIA: non provata). A dieci minuti in macchina da Finale e sul sentiero pedonale che porta a Finalborgo.

L'odore di fogna che si sente dal bagno esterno alla stanza.
