Nice apartment but the owner is extremely rude, unfriendly and it is not willing to help at all even with basic things.

The location is really good. It is a spacious apartment with a nice view from the roof

The owner was extremely rude when I called asking for directions. I couldn’t find the flat because the address written in the booking page is not really the one you need to go to get the keys. Ive never been treated so bad as this time.

Un borgo magnifico dove torniamo sempre molto volentieri!

Ottima accoglienza appena arrivati: la signora ci ha accompagnati nell’appartamento, offrendoci due bottiglie d’acqua. Lo stesso non posso dire del signore a cui ho saldato il soggiorno alla fine, ma credo fosse solo di cattivo umore, quindi non è grave, a fine stagione capita di essere un pó piu stanchi e irritabili. Location top! L’appartamento è situato nella piazza del teatro, che regala scorci mozzafiato dalle finestre. In realtà tutta Verezzi è così: romantica e suggestiva in ogni suo angolo! Da visitare! Il ristorante “Osteria del Bergallo” gestito dai proprietari della casa è bellissimo e si mangia molto bene! Cozze francesi top!!! Da provare!

La pulizia non proprio al top. Andrebbe curata un pó di più (il piano cottura era sporco e negli armadi c’erano capelli). La cucina non proprio attrezzata, come viene invece presentata su booking. Mancava l’ olio, ma ancor piu importanti, delle presine e un canovaccio. Al momento di scolare la pasta, non sapevo come prendere la pentola. Infine, a proposito di pentole, l’unica presente era minuscola (adatta a tre persone), noi eravamo cinque!! La terrazza/solarium, che l’anno scorso avevamo usato molto, perchè da lì si gode di una vista spettacolare su tutto il golfo, era inagibile. Purtroppo la responsabilità non era dei proprietari, ma dell’inciviltà di chi è venuto prima. In ogni caso andrebbe segnalato su booking che è inagibile, oppure, ancora meglio, riparata!

Appartamento e staff fantastico!

La struttura é in borgo lontano dal caos della spiaggia. Offre panorami mozzafiato e l’appartamento é proprio nella piazza principale. Staff gentilissimo, possibilità di colazione e parcheggio (di cui noi non abbiamo usufruito), appartamento molto spazioso e pulito

Non avevamo notato che in tutto l’appartamento (3 “locali” + bagno) c’era una sola finestrella in alto, da cui purtroppo i passanti potevano guardare attraverso. Nella parte dov’è posizionato il letto non prende il telefono, ma basta sposarsi nel salotto e prende tranquillamente. La vicinanza alla chiesa comporta che alle 8 di domenica verrete svegliati da circa 1 minuto di campane. Per noi non è stato un problema così evidente, ma magari per chi vuole riposare fino a tardi sarebbe bene tenerlo a mente!

Die Lage war super und das Dorf Verezzi ist sehr schön

Das Apartment hat nur ein kleines Fenster und erinnert eher an ein Kellerabteil. Quasi kein natürliches Licht. Es war sehr feucht, nicht wirklich sauber und die Küchenaustattung war dreckig. Die Dusche war wirklich nicht richtig geputzt. Gegenstände der Vormietenden waren sowohl noch im Badezimmer wie auch im Kühlschrank zu finden. Die Terasse war nicht immer zugänglich, da der gemeinsame Schlüssel meist gefehlt hat. Die Eigentümer waren wenig hilfsbereit und eher unfreundlich. Ihnen ist wohl auch bewusst, dass der Preis für dieses Apartment nicht gerechtfertigt ist.

Pas grand chose à voir dans ce village qui ne mérite une étape que si elle permet de profiter de la vue.

Le logement et grand mais mal fichu. Sdd minuscule. Pas de vue. Pas de terrasse. Accès partagé au toit pour les plus sportifs. Les plafonds sont jolis et hauts.

Une chambre sans fenêtre ( vasistas minuscule inaccessible). Pas de Clim. Très bruyant l été ( répétition sur la place jusqu’à à 2hs du mat avec haut parleur, explosions… et représentation le lendemain … le logement porte bien son nom !) pas de lave vaisselle… peu d équipements… et tenancier qui tient un hôtel dans le village peu accueillant…

Un appartamento ben tenuto con terrazza con vista panoramica meravigliosa. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile con noi.

In cucina mancavano l’olio, i canovacci e la spugna per i piatti, ma per il resto andava tutto bene.

A experiência de se hospedar num borgo medieval é única. A casa oferece uma vista incrível.

O acesso ao local e ao quarto não é dos mais simples. Não que isto seja um problema, dada a natureza do local em que está instalada. Porém pessoas de mais idade ou mobilidade reduzida podem ter dificuldades na hospedagem

In verità nulla, ma occorre tenere presente che in pratica è un fondo senza finestre. Quindi l'appartamento fondamentalmente non prende luce naturale, e nell'occasione era un po' freddo.
