Very MTB friendly location. There is place to put bicycles in inside area. Very good and healthy breakfast. Bathroom ok with hot water and towels.

I found the bed, but where is the breakfast?

The location was central, and food drink and entertainment were right around the corner. The homemade muesli was delicious.

Overall it was all good, but some things I found a bit strange. They welcomed us on the first evening with a friendly pleasant explanation of the place and how the breakfast works and a small tour of the facilities. The second morning (and for the rest of our stay) there was no breakfast prepared for us, we had to serve ourselves in the kitchen (everything was easy to find) eating the cheap packaged bread and Briosche wrapped in plastic. The newly arrived Italian family had their breakfast prepared, but why not us? Bike facilities were a bit awkward, as you had to bring your dirty bike through the kitchen/breakfast area to wash it in the back garden. During our stay of 5 nights, the room wasn't cleaned and the bed was not made the entire time. Also, parking was a bit of an issue. It was kind of noisy, with a window out to a busy alley and main road just a few meters away. But, all in all, it did the job, it was clean, the shared bathroom was no issue, and the host was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was so so. The products were not fresh and mostly made of cakes bought in the supermarket. Also we once didn’t have any breakfast for no reason

The size of the room, toilet, the location is easy to find restaurant in walking distance. To go train station, is around 10 minutes walking distance.

No breakfast as I read from a former guest's comment, but Alex he told me when I checked in: "from 6 am to 10 am, you can have breakfast here, and I will bring breakfast on the table tomorrow" ... In fact I did not get any food service at all this morning. I only found some packed biscuits in the drawer, and some small bottles of milk & yogurts in the fridge, but I did know if they are prepared for the guest to have breakfast or not. I tried to call him at 9:30am before leaving, unfortunately there was no response...so I had simple breakfast as I prepared for my lunch 😅 In fact, personally I do not care so much if the owner offer breakfast or not, in this area, it is so easy to find a backery or coffee shop to have a nice breakfast with paying 5 euros, the point is he should make clear to the guest in advance, instead of promising breakfast but it was just a kind of trap for booking...

Super Musli for breakfast, absolutely great location, a super friendly host and the fact we could come with our dog - top notch for those without a car.

Very nice host, cozy and clean room, amazing baby bed, clean shared bathroom, simple breakfast but perfect starter for the day until you have your first cappuchino and cornetto around the corner. highly recommend. right in the town centre. every great restaurant around the corner.

the only one plus is location next to the sea however I strongly recommend to book smth else

No windows in the rooms!which is a big problem in Italy cause of high humidity .You have a door which opens to the common courtyard so zero privacy .In general you feel no privacy cause of the owner and planning of the appartement

Great little bnb with a nice courtyard for our toddler to run around in. Really good travel cot too. Helpful staff. Great location for accessing the town and beach. We went climbing.

Wifi was not working. The host failed to serve breakfast, despite he confirmed he would do so during check-in. I know it's off season in Italy, but these are the very basic services that should work regardless.

Perfect location for a seaside holiday

The place is located in a beautiful little street next to the historical center of Finale Ligure. The seaside is a 2 minutes walk and there a variety of food and drink places around the B&B ! The breakfast is fairly good (loved the homemade granola), the rooms and the house are clean and the host is super friendly ! I’ll definitely come back :)

Central, welcoming, and close to great restaurants

Alex was great to coordinate our arrival time and welcome us. He was very patient when our arrival time was a little later than expected. He took the current COVID-19 situation seriously and was very clear upon arrival how the breakfast would work and how to use the facilities. The location was very central and it was right beside two incredible restaurants called Cercavo Giobatta and Pomella. Highly recommend both.

The apartment is on the ground level and even though it is on a relatively quiet street, people do walk directly outside the window. We kept the window shut for privacy. However, the room was still a good value for what we paid considering all the pros.

Da evitare assolutamente.

Centrale a pochi minuti dal mare.

Accoglienza molto sbrigativa, cucina con avanzi di cibo di altri sia nel frigo che negli armadi....colazione moooolto scarsa con fette biscottate e 1 brioche della Bauli, tutto confezionato. Burro nel frigo già aperto ed utilizzato, così come succo e latte. Jogurt e granola nemmeno l'ombra. Sarebbe auspicabile assegnare con una scritta 1 ripiano frigo ad ogni camera con latte e succo sigillati x ognuno, così nessuno prende di più e agli altri non resta nulla. La camera dà sul vicolo con finestra senza zanzariera nè fendivista. Se passi vedi dentro tutto e se chiudi il tendone non passa un filo d'aria. Prezzo esageratamente alto per le prestazioni offerte. Letto e camera non vengono nè rifatti nè puliti, così come il bagno in comune. Inoltre, avendo avuto un'emergenzanza e dovendo rientrare dopo una sola notte, nonostante la richiesta cortese di un possibile rimborso parziale, non ho mai ricevuto nessuna risposta e la camera x 1 notte mi è costata ben 3 notti intere!!!! Da evitare assolutamente!!!
