Good

Location is great, close to the sea, no steps or climbing up. Comparing to other parts of the city I think it's much quieter, considering live music is very loud up until night everywhere almost every day. The staff was willing to help with any questions. Room is ok, very simple but has all you need - A/C, Wifi, fridge. Room service every day.

Breakfast is definitely a room for improvement (repetitive, not reach in protein/fruits, no vegetables at all). Although cleaning was everyday, I didn't feel like the room is clean. We were beaten heavily with mosquitos (or something else, I don't know)...some solution for room to eliminate this would be appreciated. I don't think the value is good for the money we've paid, but considering the holiday season I guess it's justifiable...

Superb

The room was extremely simplistic, devoid of any trace of design, unsophisticated, but it had pretty much all I needed - AC, fridge, wifi, decent bed, balcony! with shutter - and was very fresh and clean (spring 2023). The staff were very nice (as were pretty much all people I met in Finale). I found what was probably the last parking spot in the street, which was free. Location is close to the main part of the seaside town with nice bars and close to the old town as well. Breakfast wasn't bad, although, again, very basic. Most importantly, coffee from the machine was good.

Yes, acoustics can be a problem, you can hear everything from the corridor, but luckily there wasn't much of it in my case.

Quiet location, lovely staff and very clean and comfortable.

Staff were really lovely and welcoming. Room was very clean, bed comfy, basic bathroom but the shower was great so that’s the main thing! The room was a little dark but that’s just the building, and while the location is super quiet which is great, the sound proofing within the hotel between rooms isn’t ideal. It’s not a ‘party’ hotel though so I doubt you’d be disturbed much after 11pm. Overall, wonks stay again :)

Nettes, einfaches Hotel in guter Lage.

Gute Lage. Fußgängerzone mit schönen Lokalen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strand zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Waren im September dort und es war recht ruhig. Wir durften unter 3 Zimmern auswählen und haben ein 3-Bett-Zimmer genommen, was größer war (3. Bett im Schrank). Auch das Bad war ausreichend groß. Hatten ein nettes Zimmer (Nr. 210, 2. Etage) mit großem Balkon und freiem Blick zum Parkplatz.

Es war alles korrekt, aber bei Anliegen hatten wir von Seiten der Rezeption keinerlei Unterstützung. Bei manchen Fragen wurde überemotional reagiert. Keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals z.B. für parking von Motorrädern direkt an der Unterkunft. Essen war schlicht aber gut und schmackhaft.

Poteva andare meglio

Buona posizione. Colazione accettabile ma ho alloggiato in posti dove la colazione era un altra cosa.

Struttura molto datata. Camera per stare 5 giorni molto piccola per non parlare del bagno. Aria condizionata abbastanza scomoda per la posizione del getto d’aria. Personale credo poco attento in quanto volevano rifarmi pagare la camera che ho saldato a febbraio 2025. Non trovavo il telecomando della televisione in camera e quando ho chiesto dove fosse (premetto che in tanti posti non lo lasciano in camera ma lo devo chiedere) mi hanno risposto come se avessi chiesto chissà che cosa, che non era possibile che non c’era. Alla fine era sotto il comodino ma non credo di aver fatto una domanda che scaturisse queste polemiche. Comunque non ci tornerò.

L' accoglienza della signora, la disponibilità di metterci i ghiaccio in frizzer. Ottima la colazione. Bel bagno piccolo ma non manca nulla. Bellissimo terrazzo. L' accoglienza della reception quello che faceva la sera.

Soggiorno a Finale

La posizione è secondo me perfetta, non troppo in mezzo alla movida ma a pochi passi dal centro e dai lidi. La pulizia è ineccepibile. Disponibilità di parcheggi nei pressi della struttura.

Ha bisogno di una svecchiata, di sicuro. L’aria condizionata era asseritamente non funzionante dalle 22 alle 8 del mattino, pare perché troppo rumorosa e in attesa di riparazione. Spero fosse vero (e non ne dubito) ma dato l’inconveniente piuttosto grave, anche considerato il caldo di quel weekend, forse sarebbe stato il caso di applicare uno sconto sul prezzo della camera.

La camera era davvero moderna nell’arredamento, pulita ,dotata di condizionatore e in posizione assolutamente vicina al mare e al centro. Il personale molto accogliente e gentile, sempre con il sorriso . La sorpresa più grande è stata la colazione,molto inclusiva: essendo intollerante al lattosio e con un’intolleranza al glutine, ho trovato a colazione varie alternative (yogurt e latte senza lattosio, muffin e tortini seppur confezioni ma senza glutine e fette biscottate). Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci ritornerei

Die Sauberkeit und das gute Frühstück!

Klimaanlage wurde um 2300 abgestellt! Konnte nicht selbstständig in Betrieb genommen werden!!! Es war heiss im Zimmer und somit war die Nacht nicht so erholsam, wie sie sein sollte.
