Nice break

Lovely little studio. Perfect for a little get away. The pub was conveniently placed next door and the food was decent enough. The cafe on the premesis was ideal for breakfast.

Only downside was the parking got a little hectic and the other property users were not too considerate.

Excellent & clean as a whistle!

Extremely clean! 13/10 on cleaning, part of the reason I have returned after previous stays. Good amount of space. Feels protected off the street and opposite an amazing little community cafe that's on the other side of the car park.

You may have to wait for a parking spot outside the units until people leave the pub but not really an issue as it's easy to park a few steps away on the road. Depending on when you get there the whole car park can also be empty so no issue.

Ideal room for an overnight stay, very clean and tidy

Got woken up at 6am by a trunk with the engine running for a while, I think he was emptying the pub bins. Also room was very warm, so had the fan on all night. But these things would not stop us staying again as it’s an ideal location for our needs

Property lovely for a short stay. would need more facilities for any longer.

The property was clean and modern. Just like a good hotel room. Small village location was lovely. being right opposite a lovely cafe a bonus, but unfortunately wasnt open 2 out of our 3 days. Local pub food good and plentiful. We managed to park right outside the property but car park did get very busy, so I can see some might not have been so lucky.

Lack of tea, coffee and milk. which wasnt replenished during our stay. Wifi didnt work during our stay which affected the TV channel and use of internet. This was reported but did not resolve the issue. Being situated directly behind the pub you obviously get some noise, unfortunately on the sunday the karaoke night was extremely load and went on till 1 am, when the customers eventually left tooting horns and making general noise right outside the room. Despite the guidance in the rooms asking for quiet time after 11pm! would advise guests to check pub entertainment before booking if you want a quiet night.

- Flexibility to book just a couple of nights - Great location in grounds of pub - a lovely cafe serving breakfast and snacks all day, as well as other necessities and delicious cakes too!

Apartment could benefit from an allocated parking spot outside (as lots of vehicles using the pub car park to access cafe in daytime and pub at night). A minor observation - hanging rail in wardrobe could be slightly higher to prevent garments dragging on floor.

Superb

Immaculate and luxurious. Slept so well even in all the heat. So quiet despite being next to a very lovely popular pub. Josie's Place coffee shop/eatery outside was fantastic. Felt safe and secure too. Free parking and WiFi. Lovely location and quality furnishings, linens and toiletries. Would definitely recommend the accommodation, especially the hosts who responded immediately to my queries, I am the person who will ask stupid questions and was given reassurances and clear unambiguous answers to my queries. Definitely 10 out of 10, thank you

Amazing little gem of a place!

My sister and I stayed here as we attended a friend's wedding at nearby Warwick House. We were truly impressed with both the facilities and the price. It was a lovely room with modern amenities, a mini fridge for essentials, tea and coffee and a hairdryer. Plus, a comfy bed and a very roomy dresser to get ready easily! Not to mention that there's a pub right next door and a cafe. Absolutely brilliant.

Can't fault it in all honesty, although some people might find the pub a bit noisy.

I had a fantastic stay at the Luxury Studio Rooms in Stockton! The location was very convenient and check-in was a breeze thanks to the key being provided in a secure lockbox. Upon entering the room, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was. The space is compact but efficiently laid out and the perfect size for a short solo trip. The room came equipped with great amenities including a mini fridge to store drinks and snacks, and a high-quality smart TV that made it easy to log into my streaming accounts and relax with some entertainment after a long day. The bed was also super comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay at this gem of a property. The Luxury Studio Rooms deliver everything you need for a pleasant, hassle-free visit to Stockton at a great price. I highly recommend them and will definitely be booking again the next time I'm in town! Five stars all around.
