The cleanliness and ? things there to be used like : toaster, fridge, knives,forks,plates, saucers and 2 free toothbrushes with toothpaste, tooth picks,cotton buds. There's a laundry room and a either a proper filter coffee maker you make yourself or one of those coffee maker you put like a small sachet into.
When coming back in into the building and entering the hall after entering the front door key number the hall lights only stayed on for about 3 seconds then you were in complete darkness to which I reported just before I left.

Easy to book. Great communication great apartment.
Location was close to where I was working. The entrance and communal areas were great. The apartment was very clean and modern. Couldn't fault it, it was just what I needed.

A great place to stay whilst visiting family in Rugby.
The property was very clean . It had everything you need for a few nights stay. The bed was very comfortable and shower was nice and hot .
We were in room 12 , at the front of the property and noise from the traffic on the busy road outside was a little annoying.

I would stay again but a few small tweaks would make it perfect.
The room was well proportioned, clean, tidy and well equipped. Entrance clean and bright. Pleasantly surprised when I eventually entered the room
Negatives the hallway lights outside the room are on a very short timer and constantly went off when I was trying to access the room. I got locked out of the room as you need to wait for the key pad to make a small noise before putting in the next number in your room access code. Towels are like cardboard.

A pleasant stay over Christmas
We received the room code on time and check in was easy. The parking spaces behind the hotel were a bit tight but there are other options available. Communication with the staff (Carolina) was excellent, everything was very well explained and when we had a problem with the heating in our room on Christmas day, Carolina responded quickly and efficiently. Thank you! Our room had all the comforts required for a short stay and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything you need to make breakfast and small hot meals. The water bottles in the room and the hot chocolate kit provided on Christmas Day were a lovely touch. All in all we can recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
The location is not very touristy or picturesque but Rugby city centre and the local park are in walking distance. There is no lift so elderly guests should maybe be warned about having to negotiate a lengthy staircase and uneven steps at the top.
