The location was good as it was by the canal; sitting outside was very pleasant. We enjoyed an evening meal outside but there was no breakfast at the venue. This suited our plans so no issue.
A towel rail and shelf would have been useful in the bathroom as there was no where to put things!

Close to our evening venue, nice location next to canal
Room and bathroom requires refurb, wallpaper peeling away at wall,bathroom door catching on floor , cold tap loose, shower only able to use by placing a shower gel bottle cap underneath to hold plunger up for shower to work, no hairdryer in room
