This was a convenient and cozy stay at a solid hotel in a good location.
Smooth check-in experience and everything was as expected. It's a solid hotel with no issues and I wouldn't hesitate to book here if I travel to Rugby again in the future.
Our room was directly next to a communal bathroom, so that was a little annoying to hear every time someone needed to use it, but for the price we paid and the fact that it was a last minute booking, that's far from a major issue.

Amazing welcome, great find.
Great guest house, run by delightful people who couldn't have done more for us. Both days they got up early to give us an amazing breakfast at a time an hour earlier than advertised.
It is simple and not flash, but that suited us fine. If you want the Ritz this isn't for you but it was more than adequate for our needs.

Disappointing but lots of potential
Parking.on site for 4 cars. Spacious room.
Heating was off across entire hotel,including rooms, until my request to switch it on. Bathroom was dirty with no heating. Bed was uncomfortable because of cheap frame and matress. Generally a solid hotel needing a makeover.

Defo stay again.
The property was just what you would expect from a guest house / hotel. Lovely big rooms with a great bed. Nice big bathroom and everything worked. TV and the controller both worked perfectly. Heating was super and turned on. Rugby centre was a 5 min walk away. Staff who i met were fantastic and very helpful. Car parking to the front and rear.
Nothing Pity i left before breakfast was served . Pity it was winter and i couldn't appreciate the location , gardens etc in the light.
