The owner was very helpful and very welcoming. We didn't have Breakfast, because we left early every morning. The room itself was very Clean and Tidy, and the Beds were comfy. In fact, the whole place looked clean and tidy. Value for money. Definitely be staying here again.
I couldn't find anything to complain about. The only things I didn't like were the misleading reviews on Booking.com,

Location was perfect for our weekend at Silverstone. Also handy for restaurants. Room was great. A little noise from road but comfortable and the provided fan was appreciated.
Breakfast was too late for us to try, but not really a problem.

Location convenient for town centre. Easy, free parking. Some cooking facilities and fridge in room although we didn’t use them.
Could be cleaner. Fridge in room had very pungent cheese and old milk left in it by former guest. Used soap in shower. Front rooms on a noisy road. Room two floors up, no lift or assistance with bags offered.
