We were a group of friends travelling from different cities and needed a house where we could comfortably stay together — 6 adults and 1 child. This property was honestly ideal for us, both in terms of size and price. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we had everything we needed for our one-night stay. The house is in a relatively residential area, although the road itself can be quite noisy. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it may be worth mentioning for guests who are more sensitive to traffic noise. We particularly liked having the small private back garden, which was really convenient for anyone wanting to step outside for a cigarette or vape without disturbing everyone inside. Overall, the house worked perfectly for a large group, with plenty of room for both people and belongings, and we had no problems with the property during our stay.

There were a few questionable stains in some places around the house, although nothing that affected our stay — unfortunately, these sorts of things can happen in any property. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped. There weren’t enough kitchen towels or oven gloves, and there weren’t quite as many plates, dishes and other kitchen items as appeared in the photos. This probably wouldn’t matter much for a one-night stay like ours, but could be more noticeable for guests staying for several days. The only other issue was the smell coming from neighbouring properties. At times, when we tried to open the windows to air the house, there was a very strong smell of what seemed to be cannabis coming from nearby. This was particularly unpleasant as we had a child staying with us and were trying to keep the house well ventilated.

Lovely spacious property, great value for money, clean bedding and towels etc. Good facilities and safe access. We had great communication from the owner who was very accommodating.
