I loved the spacious kitchen and living room plenty of outdoor space lovers the games room and the massaging chair.

The pressure of water for shower was not very good

Where do I start the hot tub was nothing like the photos and was clearly damaged before we entered the hot tub will have pictures of it and obviously they tried to pin this on us 🤦🏻‍♀️ 800 and odd pound they wanted! I don’t even think the hot tub would be worth that! The outdoor seating area needs an upgrade nothing matched and some of the chairs were already broken! The pergola over the hot tub was manky! Clearly needs removed the hot tub alone wasn’t safe! The “games” room smelt of mould The back bedroom’s radiator was hanging off the wall the curtain pole was hanging off the wall There was no hot water coming through the taps and no heating at all! Can’t believe they’re trying to say we damaged the hot tub when it was clearly cello taped at the sides! Overall I wasn’t going to rate it badly but the fact they’re trying to blame us! We even paid for an early check in fee as they wanted us to check in at 4pm! We had a friend coming up from Portsmouth! The communication is awful! And if the CCTV works maybe they should check it! My photo’s at the top have dates and times if the “managers” care to look! Please don’t waste your money and go elsewhere
