Great location, not far from places. Comfy beds.
Wifi didn’t work, couldn’t get on anything on the TV either nor would anyone connect phones to use it, especially if customers are paying for it.
One toilet roll to go round 6 people, wasn’t good.
Heating didn’t work, on all radiators.
No fans.
No spare towels.
Fridge smelt like gone off milk.
No lock for the door on the inside - which didn’t help my sister’s anxiety.
Sofa bed very floppy on one side so couldn’t sit back on it properly.
You had left x2 small coffee sachets what had to go round 6 people. x2 sugars that had to go round 6 people for hot drinks.
You’ve got a stander for these essentials but not enough for staying customers..

Nice and modern and clean
The heaters in the living room/kitchen didn’t work so was very cold and it was so close to the railway lines you could hear every train

Gets the job done, all appliances and Utensils needed are supplied and it sufficed for a night
Severe lack of maintenance, door handles broken, shower head broken, lots of mold on seals/windows/bedding and the towels were quite stained. Bedding also has seen better days ie stains and mould
