Lovely comfortable apartment.

Location handy for city centre. Beds very comfortable. Everything you could need was provided. Host let us leave luggage before check in which made our break more enjoyable.

Brilliant spot - close to everything in Leeds and some great little bars and restaurants nearby too. We were in the penthouse and there was genuinely almost zero noise from the trains. Also right next to a great NCPncarpark

There was non power cable for the TV but that was no great issue. The postcode we got via Booking.com wasn’t right but we found the place eventually.

Very good location. Easy walk into the station. Right beside the train tracks but had no issue with noise at all. Lovely apartment and perfect for any type of stay.

Frustrating but did the job.

The apartment had been cleaned to a reasonable standard.

The host had moved us into another apartment without notifying us. It was fine once we contacted them and they gave us the code to the other room. There is an issue with the electrics. Once the shower is in use the fuse blows on thr wall sockets and living area lights. I had to reset the fusebox after entering the apartment.

Apartment 9 was very clean and spacious, building is in a great location, very close to the city centre and the parking across the road.

Apartment 14 felt very much like a dungeon, not much light and smelled really strong of cigarettes, all the material surfaces (sofa, cushions, towels) smelled very bad from this cigarette smell. The pull out bed in the bedroom was broken and unusable and the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, due to the springs in the seat being completely gone.

I would of been on the street all night if I hadn't of taken cash with me

Nothing I would like a full refund as didn't get to stay in the apartment was ment to get details through whatsapp and it never happened. I was outside in the cold and dark with my four year old and nobody came to meet me I was dropped by taxi down a dark allyway and ended having to get a black and white taxi back to my house so I could be safe no details of where to go or get keys and phoned the man and told him I didn't have much phone battery very upset would never book again waste of money

Been left in the cold and dark. Nobody coming to meet me and wouldn't tell me where to go over the phone even though I explained I couldn't get onto my Gmail for instructions. The man then said he would what's app me and I never got anything myself and my 4 year old were scared and cold with nowhere to go so I ended up having to find a black and white taxi then got driver to take me home really unhappy this seems like fraud and I am actually considering reporting this as a scam to my bank unless you refund me in full plus expense for two taxis 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠i

Would NOT recommend staying here. Poor service for paying customers, considering the price paid.

Nothing as our stay was ruined due to no working shower or hot water. Poor customer service from the property manager with a lack of communication.

Nice location to leeds city centre, ncp car park within 2min walk, easy to locate

No coffee cups for hot drinks within kitchen, washed and used towels still remained in washing machine. Loud music most of the evening on arrival, most of the evening through.

Perfect location for taking day trips out of Leeds to York

Excellent location for visiting other nearby cities by train, and has a food shop just around the corner clean and well-kept apartment with all essential facilities and appliances provided, and well-maintained. Bedrooms had more than enough storage space for our luggage during our short stay

Sofa bed was very unconfortable to sleep on, and we ended up sleeping on the normal sofa instead Had disturbed sleep some nights due to noisy activity within the courtyard late at night and in the early hours of the morning The apartment was quite hot and stuffy, and we had to keep one window opened to its maximum extent to provide air circulation during the day/evenings

pleasant, warm and easy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We came up to Leeds for 2 nights for my graduation so I was with my family. There were 5/6 of us in total and there was plenty of space in the apartment. It was modern, well furnished, clean and spacious. Excellent location, right by the city centre, less than a minute away from the coach station. Kitchen had everything you needed, smart TV available, plenty of towels given and heating was excellent. On the first night, I couldn't figure out how to work the shower and the hot water but thanks to the 24/7 help service available I was able to sort it out right away. Will definitely be staying here again !

Location and facilities. Spacious apartment, opposite NCP car park and walking distance to first direct arena.

Both beds were very uncomfortable. Fine as we only stayed one night but could not have stayed any longer.

Was getting a coach at 6am, the station is a minute walk away.

So close to the coach station. Very clean and comfortable, also cool on a hot day.

Every 15 minutes or so you hear a loud sound like someone is ripping the soul out of an endangered species. It’s a train and you do get used to it.

Great flat for a stay in Leeds

Great location, easy to check in and out, very spacious and clean.

The noise from rail way in the morning was a bit annoying, but the second night was sleeping in the lounge area which was much better, the sofa bed is very comfortable what I can't say about the bed in the master bedroom.
