My stay was absolutely perfect and exactly how I planned my stay

Everything about the property was beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures, very clean, very affordable and the staff are amazing, extremely helpful and are very easy to communicate with if you need anything. I use booking.com weekly and this was by far the best apartment I have stayed in would 100% recommend

This property is genuinely one of the best places I’ve stayed at, hands down. The apartment has a real luxury feel to it, beautifully finished, spotlessly clean, and Is extremely comfortable The kitchen and living room were especially nice and made a great space to relax. The sofa beds were surprisingly comfortable and perfect for laying back and watching TV, which was a big plus, the beds were also very comfy, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep The owners were really nice especially Syed, his communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about their guests and take pride in the place. It was an amazing stay all round, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect stay over

Loved the property parking was very convenient right outside the property, the apartment was top notch standards was great the price I paid was worth it owner also gave us a quick tour and helped us voluntarily service was quick gave us all the help. Felt very comfortable and homely and felt like we was in safe hands had a 10/10 experience definitely recommend and definitely will go down again

The hotel apartment is excellent and has everything you need, in a quiet area with relatively little noise. The owner of the property is excellent in dealing with people and deserves the best rating.

Parking and a good night's sleep in a show-flat standard apartment.

Personal parking bay outside the front door meant we didn't get wet walking from the car. This is why we originally chose the apartment. Most of the city centre hotels expect you to pay for public carparks and more importantly drag your belongings to the room in the rain. Quiet at night so we got a good night's sleep unlike the city centre hotels where the reviews kept commenting on noise from outside and other guests. Show flat standard - all plates laid out on the table, beautiful bathrooms (2). Just like the photos. Subdued lighting and 'fire' Very responsive host who guided us through the key code even at 11.15pm arrival- and checked in by message during the stay to make sure everything was okay. Although nothing in the immediate area, it was only a 25 min walk to Leeds centre and canal area which saved us navigating the traffic on the city one way system - nightmare- and saved on parking. M1 easily accessible within minutes for a quick getaway.

It would be nice to have a coffee machine especially since you can't just pop out and buy one; more in line with a luxury flat. Otherwise a perfect weekend stay when visiting family in Leeds.

Stairs, it’s on the 3rd floor and no lift so please be aware if you have mobility difficulties.

A hidden gem

Excellent location not too far from city centre and parking space near to entrance to apartment. Lots of space in living room and kitchen for relaxing. Bedrooms a good size, one with ensuite with shower and the other with a lovely jacuzzi bath. Felt very secure and safe.

I booked this apartment for a family getaway weekend with my daughter and girlfriend, and we were not disappointed! The apartment was amazing, the decor was lovely (we now want to find and buy everything for own house!), so modern and filled with all of the amenities we needed during our stay. The apartment was very clean, was in a great location and the parking space was very convenient. The jacuzzi bath was so good and very easy to use! The host was also excellent and communicated with us throughout our stay, would definitely recommend! 5+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
