Apartment 01 “VISTA” is an exclusive 3-room apartment with 94 square meters of living space, designed to accommodate up to 4 people. While access from the parking lot is at ground level, the building’s hillside location means that on the large rooftop terrace you’ll not only enjoy a beautiful view over the town’s rooftops and out into the green landscapes of the Granitz region, but also benefit from nearly all-day sun thanks to the terrace’s optimal southwest orientation.
Your temporary home is spacious, modern, and furnished with the utmost comfort. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant, comfortable temperatures year-round. As desired, all window areas can be shaded or even darkened using electric exterior blinds. Two skylights flood the entire living area with light.
In the entryway, you’ll find a coat closet with an LED light strip and a padded seat. Opposite the coat closet is a 2 m x 1 m framed mirror.
The combined living and dining room, featuring an open kitchen and tastefully selected artwork and decorations, forms the heart of the apartment. A large, comfortable sofa with a recamier, a genuine leather Barcelona Chair with a footstool, and modern entertainment technology—including free Wi-Fi—promise pleasant hours and days.
At the large, exclusive dining table with a wooden top and glass legs, you can enjoy the view of the greenery through the floor-to-ceiling glass panel. Additionally, the dining area features a cozy “window seat” with a generously padded seat and cushions, inviting you to linger and read. The kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped, ranging from a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Bora induction cooktop, cookware, and tableware to a Nespresso machine, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, and much more.
Adjacent to the living area is the large rooftop terrace, which features a pull-out dining table for four people as well as two comfortable sun loungers. The terrace is also equipped with a large umbrella.
The two separate bedrooms each feature a wonderfully comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), nightstands with lighting, a large closet for your vacation wardrobe, and their own TV. One bedroom also features a small loggia.
The exclusive bathroom, featuring a bathtub and a spacious, walk-in shower with a rain showerhead—both with illuminated shelves—as well as a toilet, a vanity with ample storage space, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer, is truly impressive. For added convenience, an additional guest restroom is also available. Inside the sliding-door closet, you’ll find a clothes rack, ironing board, iron, a Dyson vacuum cleaner, and various household appliances.
