The spacious semi-detached house 90899—“Haus Sonnendeck”—has been furnished with great attention to detail. It spans the first floor and upper floor and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Its first-class amenities ensure a particularly pleasant stay—and, if needed, it’s also suitable for children (travel cribs and high chairs available upon request).
A built-in and portable electric grill on both terraces ensures enjoyable times together while grilling and dining.
A gas fireplace and underfloor heating provide cozy comfort during the colder months. The first floor features two separate bedrooms with oak parquet flooring and two bathrooms with natural light, finished in a stylish combination of marble and slate tiles.
Each bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, blackout curtains, and a flat-screen TV. One bedroom also features a writing desk for composing your vacation postcards. The second bedroom offers additional storage space with another dresser.
The first bathroom has a bathtub, towel warmer, toilet, and sink. The second bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a sink, and a toilet.
A staircase leads you to the upper floor, where you’ll find the high-end living area with an integrated, modern kitchen-diner, complete with a large dining table and access to the spacious, furnished rooftop terrace. Here you can enjoy a sweeping view over the rooftops of Binz.
