About this villa rental
Welcome to the charming Park Villa Chloe in Elisenstrasse in the heart of Binz.
You will notice a pleasantly quiet apartment in quiet surroundings, as Elisenstraße ends as a dead end after a few meters. Sea & sophisticated resort architecture. Here you are right in the middle of it all and close to the sea at the same time. Ideal for the time out in between or sometimes longer.
The location is excellent - directly at the spa gardens - the beach is just 300 meters, i.e. 2 minutes walk. The Binz promenade with numerous restaurants and shops is only a few meters - almost around the corner - and leads you straight towards the pier with the adjacent beach promenade. Everything is within easy walking distance.
The cozy apartment 6 in Villa Chloe is located on the first floor of this elegant spa style villa, newly built in 2023, in a quiet and central location of Binz. The enchanting apartment has been furnished and equipped with love to offer the highest possible living comfort. Because time-outs are important.
It has two bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed (size 1.60 m x 2.00 m, with bed box), flat screen TV, wardrobe. The master bedroom also offers a small desk and an en suite bathroom. In total, there are two modern shower shades with walk-in shower/WC.
Both living room and bedroom face the spa gardens, unobstructed view. A nicer view would perhaps be the direct view of the Baltic Sea, but a view into an oasis of peace - how could a day of vacation start and end in a more relaxed way.
The bright, modern living/dining area is, like everything in this apartment, equipped to a high standard. A comfortable sofa and a large lounge chair invite you to relax. An additional, XXL stool makes the armchair almost a super comfortable 1 person sofa. The large, swivelling flat screen TV was deliberately chosen in the middle. So you can watch TV from both the living and dining areas if you like.
The spacious wooden table in the dining area offers plenty of space for social gatherings, but also very suitable if you have to go to work.
Directly opposite the dining table is the harmoniously inserted, integrated kitchen. It offers plenty of storage space and is of course fully equipped. From the dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment to ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster and much more.
WiFi access is of course available and free of charge.
�PGJyLz4Another gem is the balcony with a fantastic view of the greenery of the spa gardens. The covered balcony is accessible from the living/dining area. Suitable, comfortable terrace furniture for 4 people invites you to spend cosy hours. Even if the weather is not friendly. - South-east orientation!
DOG: 1 small to medium-sized dog (max. 10 klg) is welcome on request (surcharge € 20,-/day plus pet cleaning!). We ask you to send us a copy of the dog insurance (mandatory).
