The Klünderberg Vacation Home is a modern vacation home in a beautiful location in Binz. It spans two floors and offers approximately 95 square meters of living space, accommodating up to 6 people. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures year-round beneath the fine stoneware and hardwood floors.
The wood-burning stove in the spacious living and dining room, located on the first floor of the house, is a special highlight for romantic moments or when you return to the vacation home after a refreshing walk on the beach in the fall and winter. Right next to it, a large dining table made of solid wood offers space for the whole family. Wonderfully comfortable couches in front of the large-screen flat-panel TV invite you to relax. It’s a wonderful spot to browse a book, enjoy a glass of wine, or surf the Internet. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
Several terraces right next to the house offer you the opportunity to sit outside depending on the sun’s position. The appropriate patio furniture, an electric grill, and even a beach chair to snuggle into are provided. A playground with a Viking ship for children is located right in the garden. The balcony and patio furniture is available seasonally—usually from May through the end of September.
The built-in kitchen in your vacation home not only looks chic and modern but is also exceptionally well-equipped. Here you’ll find, among other things, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a specialty coffee machine (including an initial supply of coffee beans), a kettle, and a toaster. Cutlery, dishes, glasses, pans, pots, and other small kitchen items are, of course, also plentiful. This way, you can let your culinary skills run wild when you’re not out dining at one of the island’s many excellent restaurants.
The first floor of the house also features one of the two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower/toilet, a lighted vanity with a cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer, as well as a heated towel rack.
One flight of stairs up, the space beneath the sloping ceilings—which start at half height—is equally cozy and comfortable. The two larger bedrooms each feature a cozy double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. There is, of course, plenty of space for a travel crib and your vacation wardrobe. The convenience of the second bathroom on this floor is especially appreciated when you’re spending your vacation with the whole family here at the Klünderberg vacation home.
A highlight—not just during the cold season—is the private sauna, which you’re welcome to use free of charge whenever you’d like. The house also features two free parking spaces and a covered bike shed right next to the house. An ironing board and iron, as well as a high chair and a travel crib, are also available in the house.
As a special perk, your own beach chair is available free of charge on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Binz from approximately May through September.
The Klünderberg vacation home can accommodate up to 6 people. Up to two dogs are also welcome upon prior notice and for a fee.
