From the private entrance on the first floor—equipped with a large coat closet—a staircase leads up to the first floor. Here you’ll find the exceptionally spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, and the utility room.
The living/dining room is separated from the hallway by a double-wing glass door. The view sweeps from a stately seating area in front of the large-screen LG Smart TV, past the dining area with its view of the greenery, stylish decor, and the glass-enclosed wood-burning stove, all the way to the freestanding kitchen island.
