About this apartment rental
The Godewind House is located in the historic town center, not far from the newly redesigned lakeside promenade of Lake Schmachter. The wide, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about a 12-minute walk away. Our house was completely renovated in 1995 and refurbished again in 2013. It offers very modern and attractively furnished apartments for up to 6 people, ranging in size from approximately 65 to 78 square meters. Each apartment includes a parking space.

You can bring your own towels and bed linens or book them in advance:
You can store your bicycles in the shared bike storage room in the basement.
The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.
Apartment 10 / 3-room apartment with balcony and beach chair:
The vacation rental on the 2nd floor consists of a living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a furnished balcony. The apartment is approximately 78 square meters in size.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—as well as all necessary dishes, cutlery, and glasses.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a 1.80 m wide double bed, a TV, and a wardrobe.
The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a comfortable sleeping area for two additional people. Thanks to the cable connection, the TV offers plenty of channels to choose from. Board games, books, a DVD player, and DVDs are also available for your enjoyment.
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower.
A free parking space and Wi-Fi are also available to you.
Bicycle storage is also provided.
A beach chair on Binz Beach (May–September) can be booked at a very reasonable price; it is not included in the rate.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
