With a magnificent lake view and 5-star comfort, Penthouse Apartment 9 awaits your visit on the top floor of the “Residenz Seeterrassen.” Easily accessible by elevator, your temporary home offers three rooms across 75 square meters of living space, plus a large terrace where you can soak up the afternoon and evening sun and enjoy the sweeping view over the rooftops of Binz, Lake Schmachter, and the surrounding forest.


The combined living/dining room is pleasantly bathed in natural light and cleverly divided into different functional areas. Comfortable upholstered furniture invites you to relax, while a large flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment.


The built-in kitchen not only looks stylish but is also fully equipped. Here you’ll find, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a convenience-height oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto capsule machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Of course, the necessary cookware, tableware, and other useful kitchen utensils are also provided.


You can choose to dine at the large dining table in the living area or outdoors on the furnished terrace while enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air. Especially on hot and sunny days, the electric awning provides welcome shade.


The two bedrooms of your vacation home are located at the back of the house. To ensure your vacation can begin right away, the beds are already made upon your arrival, and towels are provided. The larger of the two bedrooms features a wonderfully comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m); the spacious closet conceals a TV and a small safe for your valuables. The smaller bedroom has two single beds, a closet, and another TV.


The apartment also offers the comfort of a private infrared sauna and two bathrooms, each with a shower/toilet, sink, mirror, and towel warmer. One of the bathrooms also has direct access to the terrace.


In your apartment’s utility room, you’ll find cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner, as well as a washing machine that you’re welcome to use free of charge. Perfect for doing a quick load of laundry during your vacation!


We’ve even thought of your vehicle. A parking space is reserved for you free of charge in the building’s underground garage (max. clearance height 2.15 m). In addition, there is a reserved outdoor parking space. Bicycles and strollers [&] etc. can be safely stored in the apartment’s private basement storage room.


This stunning penthouse apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. Upon registration and for a fee, your well-behaved dog is also welcome to join you on your trip. Out of consideration for future guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
