Villa Vogelsang, newly built in 2000, is centrally located not far from Lake Schmachter.
From here, you can reach the beautiful sandy beach and the center of Binz in just a few minutes on foot.
The villa is approximately 700 meters from the ICE train station in Binz. In the vicinity of the villa, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, bars, and ATMs.
Additionally, free Wi-Fi and a free parking space are available.
Towels and bed linens are not included in the price; they can be booked in advance:



Apartment 9, 3-room vacation rental, balcony:

The newly renovated and furnished 3-room “Küstenliebe” vacation rental is approximately 72 square meters in size, suitable for up to 4 people, and reflects the owners’ personal touch.

Furnished with great attention to detail, the vacation rental consists of a living area with a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and sauna, and a large balcony.

In the spacious, cozy living area with a new TV, you can relax after a wonderful day on vacation. The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, microwave with grill, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand mixer, and much more.

The large, furnished balcony is accessible from the living area.

The larger of the two bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200) and a TV. The smaller bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 x 200 for two people.

The modern bathroom, which features natural light, includes a shower, an electric sauna, a toilet, and a sink. You can use a washing machine in the apartment’s storage room.

You’re welcome to bring your dog along on vacation (upon request and for a fee).

A free beach chair is available for you on Binz Beach (May–September).



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
