Welcome to the Meehr Binz vacation rental at Villa Strandburg in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz.
With an area of 48 m², our modern and lovingly furnished accommodation can accommodate up to four people. The vacation rental is ideal for families, couples, or active travelers who want to spend unforgettable days at the beach.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a bedroom with a double bed as well as an open-concept layout that combines the living and dining areas. For cozy evenings, there’s a comfortable sofa area that invites you to relax. The sofa converts into a sleeper sofa, providing sleeping accommodations for a third and fourth person.
In the practically equipped kitchenette, you can cook your favorite meals together. Kitchen amenities include a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave with baking function, a dishwasher, and many useful kitchen utensils.
The apartment is not only tastefully furnished but also family-friendly. Children are welcome and can feel right at home in the cozy atmosphere. Pets are also allowed, so none of your beloved pets have to stay behind. Additional amenities include two TVs and Wi-Fi, so you don’t have to go without digital entertainment even while on vacation.
The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage. You can also store your bicycles inside the building.
After a day at the beach—just 100 meters away—you can relax in the on-site sauna. The sandy beach right outside the door offers a variety of recreational activities such as beach volleyball, water sports, swimming, or simply sunbathing.
The location of Villa Strandburg couldn’t be better. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and public transportation, all just about 400 to 500 meters away. Explore the surrounding area via the many biking and hiking trails, or enjoy exciting activities such as boat tours, jet skiing, or helicopter sightseeing flights offered in the area.
Note: Maintenance work will be taking place in the underground parking garage from 24.03.2025 to 28.03.2025. The work will be carried out daily from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During this time, access to the underground parking garage will not be possible.
