Your charming vacation home in this Art Nouveau villa is located right on the beautiful Binz beach promenade. From your vacation apartment, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of Prora Bay and the Binz pier. Just walk down the beach access ramp, and you’ll be right on the white sandy beach of this Baltic Sea resort.
“Villa Glückspilz”—an old Art Nouveau villa—was completely restored in 1996 and now shines with its former beauty. Our villa, with its red brick facade, is one of the most interesting buildings on the Binz beach promenade.
Look forward to a two-room apartment with a side balcony facing the sea, an in-house sauna (for a fee), bicycles, an electric fireplace, parking, and Wi-Fi included, as well as a lockable bike storage room.
It can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa for 2 people in the living area.
During the summer months, a beach chair is available for your use between beach access points 9 and 10.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available for shared use in the basement, as are bicycles, which can be used by arrangement with App. Kilig. The parking lot is located right next to the house.
