Amsel. Vacation Rental. Binz, a Baltic Sea resort on Rügen.
The terrace offers a fantastic view all the way to Lake Schmachter, as well as breathtaking sunsets.
The high-quality, well-equipped Amsel vacation rental is located in the Amselresidenz complex in Binz and can accommodate up to 4 people and your furry friends (max. 2).
The spacious living/dining area, with an open kitchen, is the heart of the apartment. This is where you’ll gather to cook, relax, play, or enjoy breakfast together before heading out to the beach or the promenade with its chic seaside architecture.
The vacation apartment itself features two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200), a guest restroom, and a master bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in shower.
Conveniently, you can park your car right in the parking lot in front of the Amselresidenz, which means a super-short walk to get your luggage inside. -Great!

There is currently a construction site on the neighboring property. This may result in some disturbances due to construction activities. We have taken this into account when setting the rental price. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

September 2025, the Wiebe Family
We had a wonderful week in early September in Binz at Amselresidenz 1. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. We really felt at home. The layout was perfect—there was even a storage room. The blinds on the windows were also perfect, and we liked the pull-out sofa. It’s a great place to play games with the kids. Personally, I missed having a lid for the pan, a mixer with a whisk and dough hook, a mixing bowl, and a salad bowl. Unfortunately, the mattresses weren’t very good. The parking spot right in front of the apartment was great. You can get to a lot of places quickly from the apartment, but since the vacation rental is located on a hill, you’re always going up or down when you want to go to the center of Binz. There’s a lot you can do here by bike—great bike paths, even through the forest. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach.
