Cozy vacation rental with a balcony
A warm welcome to "Residenz Binz" on Rügen! Our “Hiddensee” vacation rental is comfortably and family-friendly furnished. With 51 m² of living space, you’ll find a warm and inviting atmosphere where up to four people can enjoy plenty of room for a relaxing vacation.
For soothing moments of relaxation, the spacious living/dining area is equipped with a cozy sofa corner, a TV (cable), a DVD (Blu-ray) player, and a stereo system.
Adjacent to the living area is an open kitchen (equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, etc.), so you can easily prepare your own meals.
The separate bedroom features a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Two additional guests can sleep on the sleeper sofa (140 cm wide sleeping surface) in the living room.
The marble-tiled bathroom offers additional comfort.
Enjoy relaxing hours in the sun on the balcony of this Rügen vacation rental! Thanks to its prime location, it’s wonderfully quiet here. Or take a trip to the nearby sandy beach! It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the beach and the center of Binz.
You can park your car in a private parking lot. An AC wallbox with a charging capacity of 11 kW is available to our guests in the residence. The first charge is free; subsequent charges are optional (50 cents/kWh).

General Information: Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation rental. In the building’s basement, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers that you’re welcome to use. In addition to the on-site bicycle parking spaces, you also have access to a private, lockable bicycle storage room shared with the neighboring apartment. You’re welcome to bring your dog.

The “Residenz Binz” on Rügen is situated on a beautiful southwest-facing hillside overlooking Lake Schmachter. A mere 10-minute walk takes you to Binz Beach and the town center. The Klünderberg has a 12% incline.

Beautiful balconies or terraces, fully equipped kitchens, and free Wi-Fi (in some apartments) offer you every comfort for a relaxing vacation.
