In Apartment 09 on the top floor of Villa Granitz, the doors open to a penthouse apartment that will delight you. Bright, welcoming, and comfortable are just a few of the adjectives that undoubtedly describe this space. And what awaits you on the wraparound rooftop terrace truly deserves to be called spectacular. The view sweeps across Binz Bay and the blue Baltic Sea all the way to Sassnitz; you’ll look out over the rooftops of Binz and onto Lake Schmachter.
The approximately 78 m² penthouse is enchantingly furnished in a country-style and fully tiled. It can accommodate up to 4 people, along with a well-behaved four-legged friend.
From the entryway, you pass through the hallway into the spacious living and dining area, which is furnished with a cozy couch, dining table, a TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player. Of course, there’s also free Wi-Fi access. A wood-burning stove provides for idyllic moments; please bring your own firewood.
The open-concept kitchen-living area features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and various small kitchen items that round out the kitchen amenities.
In one of the two bedrooms, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and ample closet space for your clothes. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom, and, of course, the living area have direct access to the wraparound, furnished balcony.
