Enjoy a dream vacation in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. This charming vacation rental in "Villa Malte" is ideal for your family vacation!
High-quality furnishings and thoughtful details create a cozy, inviting atmosphere in the “Strandläufer” apartment. Two separate bedrooms, a kitchenette, a spacious living room, and a sunny south-facing balcony offer plenty of space to relax.
The living area, featuring a sofa corner, a large recliner, a TV, a Blu-ray player, an Xbox 360, and a PlayStation 3, invites you to unwind thoroughly. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone.
Or you can relax on the furnished south-facing balcony! Sun and fresh Baltic Sea air are included here!
One of the separate bedrooms is furnished with a double bed; the second, smaller bedroom features a bunk bed (160 cm x 80 cm, suitable only for two children).
For convenient self-catering, the built-in kitchen features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with an oven and a dishwasher, as well as various small appliances. If you’d like to treat yourself to some culinary delights during your vacation on Rügen, you’ll find numerous cafés and restaurants in the center of Binz. Here you can enjoy delicious regional and international specialties!
The modern bathroom with a shower offers you additional comfort. You’re welcome to use the washer/dryer combo provided here.
A parking space for your car is available.
Note: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

“Villa Malte” is located on Klünderberg (with a 12% incline) in a beautiful, quiet setting on the edge of the Granitz forest. The villa was newly built in 1998 in the typical style of Baltic Sea resort architecture and thus blends idyllically into the surrounding villa landscape of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The building features comfortable vacation apartments—suitable even for guests with allergies. With stylish furnishings, (in some cases) two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, open kitchen, and a balcony or terrace, you’ll find wonderful vacation accommodations here for couples, solo travelers, and families.
The white sandy beach and the lively center of Binz are just a short walk away. The nearby forest is perfect for lovely hikes. There are also several tennis courts just a few minutes away.
The local bus stops right in front of the house and takes you to your destination safely and in an eco-friendly way. This significantly shortens your walking distances around town. This service is free for all guests from Binz with a spa card. You’ll find the schedule at the local bus stops.
Please note that the resort’s parking spaces are only suitable for standard passenger cars.

Die Villa Malte ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung außer das Kinderzimmer ist eher eine Abstellkammer. Alles war sauber. Bis ins Zentrum ist es nicht so weit. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Binz.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sauber und eine tolle Lage. Direkt am Wald, 10-15 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Seebrücke. Toller Service von WFV, wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Die Balkonausstattung ist dürftig und sollte dem übrigen sehr guten Standard angepasst werden.

Wir können WFV-GmbH nur empfehlen. Es war alles vom Feinsten. Es gab nichts was wir vermisst haben. Ab der Empfehlung( Heike WE / Seedorf) , Buchung, Empfang, Wohnung, Gegend war alles
