Your 2-room apartment (non-smoking) 217RB14 “Granitz” measures approximately 61 square meters and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the upper floor and features a gorgeous rooftop terrace that’s perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
The light-filled vacation apartment consists of a hallway with a coat closet, a living area with an open kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The living area features a seating area with a sleeper sofa (190 x 160) for the 3rd or 4th person, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio with Bluetooth, and free Wi-Fi access. The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200), a large wardrobe, and another flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and various other kitchen appliances. The bathroom features a sink with a large mirror, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. In addition, an ironing board and an iron are provided in the apartment. Pets are warmly welcome here!

During the 2026 summer season (May–September), you’ll have your own beach chair available on the Baltic Sea beach.
PLEASE NOTE:
The adjacent Schwedenstraße is scheduled to undergo renovation until approximately the end of April 2026. Therefore, we are offering a special rate.
However, construction phase 1, which includes the access road to the residence, is expected to be completed as early as December 2025.
Until then, during the full closure, access for loading and unloading will be provided via Heinrich-Heine-Straße.
A free parking space (Parking Lot P5 Klünderberg) is reserved for long-term parking, approximately 400 m away.
