My apartment in the 'Villa Hansa' is quietly located on Elisenstrasse and almost borders on the spa gardens of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The area around Elisenstrasse is partly in the monument area. This ensures the preservation of the appearance of this street, peppered with sightseeing buildings.
It is an extremely quiet residential area, since Elisenstrasse is a cul-de-sac at the pedestrian zone and ends after only thirty meters.
The beach promenade is approx. 250 m away, which borders the bathing beach and the Baltic Sea.
The 'Hauptstrasse' (promenade / pedestrian zone) is easily accessible on foot after thirty meters.
The stylish, newly renovated and high quality furnished apartment 4 in the 'Villa Hansa' is located on the 1st Floor of this new bathroom style villa, in a quiet and central location in Binz.
The Villa Hansa combines all the stylistic features of the bath architecture and at the same time represents a modern and contemporary building.
There are seven apartments in Villa Hansa.
The stylish and comfortable apartment has two double bedrooms, each with a new double bed and brand new H3 cold foam mattresses, two bathrooms (one with tub / toilet and one with shower / toilet), a large living-dining area with a full window front, integrated open kitchenette (incl. Dishwasher), cable TV, CD-DVD player and internet access.
There are also 2 furnished balconies where guests can enjoy their vacation time.
Within the Villa Hansa there is a communal sauna (coin operated machine) and a washing machine room (coin operated machine) in the basement.
An associated parking space can also be rented for 8.50 euros / day.
A holiday in this apartment is a holiday in a sophisticated ambience in the style of a bath.
Internet access with WiFi included.
All rooms have electrical blinds as a privacy screen.

- tolles, gemütliches Appartement in bester Binzer Lage, 2min bis zur Fußgängerzone in einer dennoch ruhigen Seitenstraße
- schöne Einrichtung, fernab vom Standard-Ostsee-Ferienwohnungs-Look
- sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung zur Selbstversorgung
- schneller und sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter
- die Sauna war (coronabedingt?!) außer Betrieb, das war sehr schade
- Kleinigkeiten wie Müllbeutel oder etwas mehr Geschirrspültabs wären gut gewesen, vielleicht haben wir diese auch nur nicht gefunden
Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und für vier Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder optimal. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke; sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist super, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Balkon zur Südwestseite hat bis abends Sonne. Mit der Baustelle kann man leben. Die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich sauber. Die Ausstattungsmerkmale wie ein Radio oder eine Stereoanlage oder Seife waren nicht wie angegeben vorhanden. Im Duschbad fehlte in der Lampe eine Glühbirne, was nicht gerade zur Helligkeit beitrug. In der Küche war das vorhandene Geschirr und Gläser nicht ausreichend für 4 Personen. Ansonsten waren in der Küche weder Gewürze, noch Essig und Öl vorhanden. Der Backofen hatte Probleme. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Die Wohnung war schon abgenutzt. Alles was im Laufe der Zeit ausgefallen oder defekt war, ist nicht ersetzt worden. So nach dem Motte: Maximale Rendite, minimaler Aufwand. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, Style ist eben nicht alles.
