Thanks to its excellent and outstanding amenities, Apartment 5 offers an unparalleled stay.
The furniture was custom-made by a carpenter’s shop.
In the living room (26.05 m²), the couch can be comfortably converted into a cozy double bed with a cold-foam mattress. The bed measures 140 x 200.
You can relax on the south-facing balcony (2.59 m²)
The kitchen is equipped with Siemens brand appliances and is fully stocked—making self-catering a breeze.
The custom-made fixtures in the bathroom (5.45 m²) are top-notch and impress with their stylish design.
A separate dressing room is provided for your clothes.
The mattresses on the double bed (90 x 200) will meet all your sleep needs.
Before turning in for the night, you can watch TV in the bedroom (13.16 m²).
The exterior blinds allow you to darken the room for a restful night’s sleep.
Ample storage space was also taken into account in the design.
We can offer a parking space in the building’s underground garage (height limit: 2 m).
A coin-operated washing machine is available if needed.
