About this villa rental
Right on the Binz beach promenade, just 20 meters from the gorgeous sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beach villas shines in white and gold: Villa Sirene.
Enjoy your beach vacation with up to four people in a three-room apartment and relax on Binz Beach or on the spacious, furnished rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. For days when you’re not at the beach, a Finnish sauna is available at Villa Sirene.
Pets are allowed for a fee (€10 per night & pet cleaning fee of €25 per booking), but with the following restrictions:
- Max. 1 pet per vacation rental
- House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)
- Child-friendly
If you plan to bring a pet, please always specify this as an additional request. An additional charge may apply.
Sirene 02:
Located directly on the beach promenade, this 3-room ground-floor apartment (with step-free access) accommodates up to 4 people. Pets are allowed.
The lovingly designed, approximately 53 m² vacation apartment on the basement level is accessible without steps and features two separate bedrooms—one with a cozy double bed, the other with two comfortable single beds—for restful nights. In the cozy living room, two pull-out sofa sets invite you to enjoy relaxing reading sessions, social evenings, or simply to kick back and unwind. A modern smart TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment for guests of all ages.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and even a Bluetooth speaker are all on hand to help you enjoy culinary moments with family or friends. The bathroom features a bathtub that invites you to relax after an eventful day.
You also have shared access to the sauna and the rooftop terrace at Villa Sirene. A washing machine and dryer are located on the same floor as the vacation apartment. For our younger guests, there is an assortment of toys as well as a high chair, crib, and bed rail, all of which are, of course, available free of charge. Your pet is also welcome upon registration (for a fee), and a reserved garage parking space is available for your car (maximum clearance height 150 cm).
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
