Just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the new Seeschloss mit Tradition was built in 1997 based on historical models—a stylish hotel with a unique atmosphere for guests with high expectations.
Its peaceful location at the start of the beach promenade, nestled directly between the forest, the beach, and the sea, is truly unparalleled.
You’ll find stylishly furnished 1- to 3-room vacation apartments, each with a balcony offering a direct view of the sea or a south-facing balcony overlooking the Granitz Forest, a parking space at the building, and a washer and dryer available for a fee. During the summer season, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach (exit 4–5 at the Müther Tower—NOT a dog-friendly beach). Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. There is an elevator in the Seeschloss, allowing you to reach the apartments in complete comfort.
Pets are allowed for a fee (€10/night & pet cleaning fee of €25/booking), but with the following restrictions:
- Max. 1 pet per vacation apartment
- House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)
- Child-friendly

This 2-room apartment is located directly on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.
The vacation rental is on the 2nd floor with a south-facing balcony and can accommodate up to 3 people.
Enjoy your stay in our tastefully furnished two-room apartment on the second floor of the Seeschloss. Spanning approximately 47 m², this modern and cozy vacation oasis is designed for your comfort.
The bright living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa (which pulls out into a sleeper sofa for an additional person), a large wooden table for shared meals, and a flat-screen TV. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available. From the living room and bedroom, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the idyllic Granitz Forest.
The open-concept kitchen-living area is fully equipped—with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and everything you need for a relaxing cooking experience.
The modern bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The bright bathroom features a shower, heated floors, and a hair dryer—for a perfect start to your day.
Extra convenience: An elevator takes you comfortably to your floor. During the summer months, you’ll also have your own beach chair right on the beach (Exit 4 at the Müther Tower—NOT a dog-friendly beach) available free of charge. A parking space on the parking deck is also included free of charge with the vacation rental.
Dogs are very welcome here—you’re welcome to bring a small to medium-sized dog (up to knee height).
