About this apartment rental
Just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the new Seeschloss mit Tradition was built in 1997 based on historical models—a stylish hotel with a unique atmosphere for guests with high expectations.
Its peaceful location at the start of the beach promenade, nestled directly between the forest, the beach, and the sea, is truly unparalleled.
You can expect stylishly furnished 1–3-room vacation apartments, featuring a balcony with a direct ocean view or a south-facing balcony overlooking the Granitz Forest, parking space at the building, a washer and dryer available for a fee, and a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. An elevator is available in the Seeschloss, allowing you to reach the apartments in complete comfort.
Pets are allowed for a fee (10,- per night & pet cleaning fee of 25,- per booking), but with the following restrictions:
-House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)
-Max. 1 pet per apartment
-Child-friendly

The apartment is located directly on the beach along the beach promenade in Binz.
The two-room apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The approximately 70 m² 2-roomapartment on the first floor offers a cozy atmosphere and its own separate entrance at the back of the house.
Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy a wonderful, unobstructed ocean view from the living room. The terrace, located on the quiet back side of the house, faces south and is the perfect place to relax and unwind on sunny days.
The spacious living area with a dining nook creates a cozy ambiance. A sofa bed (sleeping area 135 cm x 200 cm) offers additional comfort and is perfect for relaxing evenings. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed as well as an additional sleeping option for an extra bed. A spacious closet provides ample storage space for your luggage. The open, well-equipped kitchenette has everything you could ask for: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop with an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster provide everything you need to prepare your meals.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a hair dryer is also provided. There is also a separate guest restroom in the apartment.
A parking space in the underground garage (maximum clearance height: 2 m) is, of course, also available free of charge. During the summer months, you can also use a beach chair free of charge. Small pets (max. one small dog) are allowed for a fee.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
