The “Strandperle” villa in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz is a beautiful villa built in the resort style in 2002. The design took into account the charm of the well-known historic resort architecture.
Its exceptional and peaceful location, at the beginning of the famous Binz beach promenade (known as the “Fischerstrand”) and the Binz Granitz, with its unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, underscores its exclusivity and makes the beautiful “Strandperle” villa truly unique—as you can see from the small photo gallery below. Right between the forest, the beach, and the sea!!!

Some of the apartments offer a stunning, partially unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, a parking space next to the building, a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, a washer and dryer in the basement (for a fee), an elevator, and, in some cases, a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
Apartment 14:
The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a balcony with a direct view of the sea.
This two-room apartment is located on the second floor and measures approximately 49 m². Pets allowed only upon request. The apartment features a large, furnished balcony with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The spacious and modern living room features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, and a high-quality leather sofa bed. From the living room, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the Binz pier, and the chalk cliffs near Sassnitz.
