Apartment 03, located on the first floor of Villa Beatrice, is a spacious 87 square meters and features a combined living/dining room, two separate bedrooms—each with an en suite bathroom—and a furnished terrace. All of this, of course, in a prime location near the beautiful Binz beach and available for up to 4 people, plus a well-behaved four-legged friend.


Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the apartment year-round, and Wi-Fi is available throughout. Through the hallway, from which the two bedrooms branch off, you enter the living room with its adjoining terrace. The terrace is covered, so you can still sit outside even if Mother Nature sends a warm summer shower your way.


Several ceiling and floor lamps ensure that you always have the right lighting in the right place —whether you’re relaxing on one of the couches in front of the large flat-screen TV or dining with your family at the dining table.


The elegant designer kitchen is fully equipped so you can let your culinary skills run wild: a large stove with an oven and range hood, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Of course, there’s no shortage of the necessary cookware and tableware. In the town center, just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find a bakery and an Edeka supermarket. And, of course, the local restaurants, cafés, and bars are always happy to welcome you.


The two bedrooms are equipped with extremely comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), spacious closets for your vacation wardrobe, and additional TV sets. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling showers, a toilet, an illuminated sink, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.


For those special moments of relaxation—especially in winter after a long walk on the beach—we recommend a visit to the on-site communal sauna with a relaxation. The sauna is available at any time for a small fee.


Other amenities during your stay at Villa Beatrice include a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated), an elevator, and, of course, the underground parking garage, where a safe and dry spot is reserved for your vehicle. Access is via a modern vehicle lift with a maximum clearance height of 2 meters. For any bicycles you may bring, there is a shared bicycle storage room with outlets for charging e-bikes.


This wonderful 3-room apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people plus a toddler in an optional travel crib. Upon prior notice and for a fee, your four-legged friend is also welcome to join you. Out of consideration for future guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
