This high-quality, comfortably furnished vacation rental welcomes you with a spacious, bright living room. Here, you can completely unwind after a bike ride or hike. A modern TV provides entertainment, and free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone.
The fully integrated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking together (including a stove, oven, and dishwasher). The large dining table is perfect for sharing meals.
The two separate bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed, respectively. A sleeper sofa in the living room is available for an additional guest.
The highlight of this Rügen vacation rental is the two sunny south-facing balconies! From here, you’ll enjoy a picturesque view of the adjacent beech forests of the Granitz.
The stylish bathroom, featuring a shower and an exterior window, is tiled with high-quality tiles; all other rooms feature beautiful hardwood floors.

“Villa Malte” is situated on the Klünderberg (with a 12% incline) in a beautiful, quiet location on the edge of the Granitz forest. The villa was newly built in 1998 in the typical architectural style of the Baltic Sea resorts and thus blends idyllically into the surrounding villa landscape of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The building features comfortable vacation apartments—suitable even for guests with allergies. With stylish furnishings, (some with) two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, open-concept kitchen, and a balcony or terrace, you’ll find wonderful vacation accommodations here for couples, solo travelers, and families.
The white sandy beach and the lively center of Binz are just a short walk away. The nearby forest is perfect for lovely hikes. There are also several tennis courts just a few minutes away.
The local bus stops right in front of the house and takes you to your destination safely and in an eco-friendly way. This significantly shortens your walking distances around town. This service is free for all guests from Binz with a spa card. You’ll find the schedule at the local bus stops.
Please note that the resort’s parking spaces are only suitable for standard passenger cars.

Es hat uns wunderbar gefallen, himmlische Ruhe, mitten im Geschehen und doch etwas abseits♡ Toll ausgestattete und saubere schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Balkonen und einem schönen grossem Wohnzimmer. Sehr sauber, schönes Bad!
