Your Getaway by the Sea—A Comfortable Vacation Rental with a Large Terrace and a View of the Granitz Forest!
Enjoy the crisp sea air, the gentle sound of the waves, and a relaxing atmosphere on Rügen. Welcome to our modern “Vacation Apartment 1,” located near the beach in the impressive “Villa Granitz.” With room for up to six people, it’s perfect for your vacation with family or friends. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the fine-sand beach, the inviting promenade, and the lively town center.
With 72 m² of living space, you’ll be greeted by high-quality comfort and stylish furnishings. The spacious living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, creates a sense of openness. A combination of a comfortable sofa area and a bright dining area invites you to relax after a day at the beach or a hike. Free Wi-Fi, a modern Smart TV, and a selection of board games provide plenty of entertainment.
The highlight of the vacation rental is the large, corner terrace that wraps around the unit, accessible from both the living room (east-northeast) and the two bedrooms (southeast). Here you can enjoy wonderfully relaxing moments in the crisp Baltic Sea air—ideal for sunbathing on a lounge chair, dining outdoors, or winding down the day with a good glass of wine. In the distance, you can already catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea; and to the right, you’ll see the “Granitz” forest area. An electric grill is available for shared barbecue evenings.
A well-equipped, modern kitchen allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your vacation on Rügen. It features, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender).
Two separate bedrooms offer a pleasant retreat and promise restful nights. Both rooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which quickly and easily converts into a large double bed (200 x 200 cm).
The modern bathroom, featuring an open shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer, enhances your comfort. Underfloor heating ensures relaxation and cozy warmth.
Would you like to combine your vacation with working from home? A small workspace in the master bedroom allows you to work in peace in a pleasant atmosphere (with your own laptop).
For our younger guests, this family-friendly accommodation provides a crib, high chair, safety gate, and some children’s toys.
Our pet-free, non-smoking vacation apartment is allergy-friendly. The floors are covered with easy-to-clean tile.
A private underground parking space (No. 79) is available for your car. There is also a storage area for bicycles.

“Villa Granitz” is the frontmost house in the Klünderberg residence and was built in the beautiful seaside resort style. The vacation apartments with balconies are wonderful vacation spots for small families.
The beach is also very close by! It’s just a 7–8-minute walk to the white sandy beach of the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Binz; you can reach the lively town center just as quickly. There is a tennis court right near your vacation apartment.
The villa is located right on the edge of the Granitz Forest. From here, you can enjoy wonderful, leisurely walks and hikes through the beech forest. The Klünderberg has a 12% gradient.
Please note that the complex’s parking spaces are only suitable for standard passenger cars (see below for details).
