The house has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with a double box spring bed), 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining area with direct access to the terrace and garden and 2 free parking spaces and 1 lockable garden shed with charging facilities for e-bikes.
(Ground floor: apartment with box spring bed, flat screen, shower room/WC; spacious living/dining area with large Sony flat screen, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, terrace/grill;
Upper floor: gallery, sleeping area with two separate bedrooms (double beds), bath/shower/WC, washing machine, dryer.)
There has been a small sauna since 2013 (for a fee of €60/stay).
Two free parking spaces are available directly at the house.
You can park and charge bicycles in the spacious garden shed.
You can end a sunny day far away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday metropolis of Binz in the evening sun with a barbecue on your terrace.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin sowie auch der Hausverwalterin lief einwandfrei, tolle Menschen, das muss man einfach erwähnen weil genau das auch den Urlaub ausmacht. Um die Umgebung sowie auch zum Strand zu kommen muss man schon lauffest sein, was aber in dieser sehr tollen Ortschaft recht angenehm ist.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage dennoch zentral gelegen. Die Terrasse ist etwas klein gepflastert was das stellen der Stühle erschwert aber das ist auch schon das einzige Manko. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Den Kindern hat das Haus auch gefallen sodass sie gar nicht mehr abreisen wollten.
Gern kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder.
