This modern Bauhaus-style vacation home measures approximately 115 m², is spread over two levels, and features a front terrace with a beach chair on the first floor, as well as an additional terrace with a large, wraparound balcony on the upper floor. The southeast-facing location offers a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape.
On the first floor of the house, there are two high-quality bedrooms with real wood parquet flooring. Each is equipped with a comfortable double box-spring bed and ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. One of the bedrooms features an additional LCD TV.
Furthermore, on this level you’ll find two bathrooms with walk-in showers, as well as a sauna that can also be used as an infrared cabin. A hair dryer and a washing machine are, of course, also part of the villa’s upscale amenities.
On the upper floor, you’ll find a spacious, bright living-dining room with a large LCD TV, DVD player, Blu-ray player, a dining set for six people, and two comfortable sofas. One of them can be used as a high-quality sofa bed for two people.
Two huge panoramic windows, as well as a large terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and featuring a wraparound balcony measuring approximately 23 m², offer a fantastic view.
A fully equipped, modern kitchenette with an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, two freezer compartments, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and various small kitchen items has been harmoniously integrated into the living-dining area and is sure to delight any home cook.
