The apartment is very centrally located and close to the beach in the heart of the sophisticated Baltic Sea resort town of Binz. It’s only about 100 m to the beach and just a few minutes’ walk to the Kurplatz and the pedestrian zone. A parking space is available free of charge on the property.
During the summer months, a beach chair is available for your use between beach access points 21 and 22.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building for a fee. Bicycle storage is available. It can be accessed via the driveway to the parking lot.
Restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, and a supermarket are within walking distance. The Kurplatz (seasonal events), the pier, and the Binz promenade are all just a short distance from your vacation rental.
