Excellent stand and would stay there again.

Breakfast wasn't included as its an AirBnB. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet area with parking. The Host offered guidance as to where to go and what to see if we needed it. The apartment is a short drive into the old town of Xanthi, which is beautiful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but would suggest a clothes drying facility, that is a foldable clothes line (not sure what the correct name is). There is a washing machine, detergent etc available for use but nowhere to hang your washing. I had my washing hanging off the back of chairs. Also, an electric kettle would be very good. The one currently there doesn't heat the water sufficient for tea or coffee.

Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός και πολύ φιλικός Η τοποθεσία πραγματικά φανταστική.. Με θέα στο βουνό και στην πόλη Το μπαλκόνι.... Τεράστιο! Το σπίτι από παροχές απλά υπέροχο όλα καθαρά και προσεγμένα. Τίποτα λιγότερο από αυτά που βλέπεις στις φωτογραφίες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή αν ξαναπάω στην Ξάνθη. Πραγματικά συγχαρητήριά. Όσο για τη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής θα είναι η πρώτη φορά που θα το πω αλλά η ποιότητα υπερτερουσε της τιμής. Εξαιρετική επιλογή λοιπόν.

Daire aileye ait bir apartmanın en üst katı. Ailecek huzurla kaldık. İlk andan son ana kadar misafirperver ve ilgiliydiler. Oda sahibi Türkçe ve İngilizce biliyor. Oda temizdi ve donanımlar ihtiyaçlarımızın tümünü karşıladı. Odanın çevreye hakim büyük bir balkonu var. Merkezi bir konumda ve otopark sıkıntısı yok. Mahallenin sakin güven veren bir ortamı var. Old Town a 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. TV internet bağlantısını destekliyor. Tavsiye ederim.

Όλα ηταν υπέροχα. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και ζεστό. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη,ειχε καφέδες και τσάι και στο ψυγείο νεράκι,όπως και στο μπάνιο ειχε διάφορα προϊόντα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος και πρόθυμος να σε βοηθήσει σε οτι θελήσεις. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά αν έρθουμε Ξάνθη.

Prenotazione per 4 persone però avevamo trovato preparato solo x 2 … abbiamo chiesto le lenzuola x divano ma è arrivato solo un lenzuolo… poi lol host ha chiuso il telefono e non si è riuscito a comunicare in nessun modo … Il parcheggio inesistente, stradine strette e affollate…sicuramente non torneremo

Θα πρέπει να υπάρχει περισσότερη προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε καλή τοποθεσία, όχι μέσα στο κέντρο αλλά σε περπατίσιμη απόσταση, οπότε μπορούσες και πιο εύκολα να βρεις πάρκινγκ. Το σπίτι δεν έχει πάρκινγκ αλλά δεν είναι δύσκολο να βρεις πάρκινγκ στη γειτονιά, αν όχι ακριβώς μπροστά, σίγουρα στους γύρω δρόμους. Μπήκαμε παραλαμβάνοντας κλειδιά από θυρίδα και μπήκαμε στο σπίτι. Σημείωση ότι η πολυκατοικία έχει ασανσέρ μέχρι τον τρίτο και το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον τέταρτο. Όχι ότι είναι ιδιαίτερο θέμα, αλλά θα ήταν καλό να υπάρχει σαν σημείωση. Έχει άνετο μπαλκόνι και γενικά είναι ευρύχωρο το σπίτι με υπνοδωμάτιο και σαλόνι, και ωραία θέα την πόλη της Ξάνθης.

Γενικά το μεγαλύτερο θέμα ήταν η καθαριότητα που θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο προσεγμένη. Ένιωθα ότι καθαρίστηκαν μόνο τα βασικά. Στο τραπεζάκι του σαλονιού είχε αφημένο μελάνι από στυλό μέσα στο κερί, είχε βάση για ασύρματη φόρτιση κινητού την οποία έπιανες και κολλούσε, αφημένο πακέτο μακαρόνια ανοιχτά στο συρτάρι, δαχτυλιές στα τζάμια σα να μην καθαρίστηκαν εδώ και καιρό, και τέλος καθώς το κρεβάτι ήταν υπερυψωμένο, από κάτω ήταν γεμάτο σκόνες και είχε πεταμένο ένα μπουκάλι νερό. Γενικά και η κουζίνα και το μπάνιο φαίνονταν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένα με ωραίες βρύσες και αυτόματους μηχανισμούς, αλλά από εκεί και πέρα σα να μη φροντίστηκαν. Στα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας φαινόταν σα να είναι αραδιασμένα πράγματα και κάποιες φορές πεταμένα μέσα και όχι όμορφα οργανωμένα. Οι πετσέτες επίσης από τα πολλά πλυσίματα γδέρνουν στην υφή και δεν έχουν πολύ ωραία αίσθηση. Για μένα έχει καλές προοπτικές το σπίτι αλλά θέλει λίγο περισσότερη φροντίδα και θα είναι σούπερ.
