Comfortable stay in the middle of Xanthi

The apartment is small but fully equipped and very well planned. It has everything one needs for a short stay! the location is excellent right in the middle of the old town and near the Saturday bazar.

The location is perfect for exploring Xanthi. It was very comfortable and warm. The host was helpful and in contact to answer any questions I had.

The kitchen is too small to cook in so only suitable for breakfast or simple lunch. But there are many good tavernas and restaurants nearby.

Excellent location in the city, very convenient and comfortable. The property is quiet during the night, ensuring a restful stay. I would certainly choose it again for my next visit.

The only drawback is that the apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator.

Location is the best possible in Xanthi. Parking (public, free) nearby. Possibility for short park the car in front of the building.

Small living room. Unusable balcony. Only one central light in the rooms. It is very noisy almost whole night especially during the weekend. The stairs to the apartment are narrow and very steep.

Well equipped 2-bedroom renovated appartment in the old town. Close to everything but really quite at the same time. TV and a/c available at every room which was really appeciated! Great host!

Parking space is really hard to find in the area. We had to move our luggages on foot for several blocks and by stairs for one and a half floor! I think it is a bit overpriced but that has more to do with the limited offer of the area I guess.

Σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσία διπλα σε ολα στο κεντρο της Ξανθης. Πολυ καθαρο και με ανετα υπνοδωματια. Μπαλκονακι με θεα. Πολυ εξυπηρετικη η οικοδεσπότης.

Το σαλόνι ειναι λιγο μικρο για 4 ατομα.

Xanthi von seiner besten Seite

Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – direkt neben der Altstadt und der Ethniki Bank. Der große kostenlose Parkplatz (nur 100 Meter entfernt, die Treppe runter) ist nachmittags und abends fast immer frei, morgens dagegen etwas voller. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Klimaanlage und TV. Die kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank ist praktisch und alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Fotos zeigen das Apartment genau so wie es ist. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung könnten jedoch die Treppe und die Badewanne zum Duschen etwas herausfordernd sein.

Konumu çok iyi, eski kasabanın giriş kısmında kalıyor. Pazar alanına 2-3 dk mesafede olduğu için park olanağı da çok iyi, Alexandra bize bu konuda hemen yardımcı oldu. 4 kişi 1 gece konakladık. Yataklar rahattı. 3 alanda da klima mevcut. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi.

Elektrik sistemi otellerde olduğu gibi kartla çalışıyor, kart ise anahtarlığa anahtarlarla beraber takılı. Eşyaları eve bıraktıktan sonra evi ısıtmaya fırsatımız olmadan çıktık. Ve geri döndüğümüzde evi ısıtmak 1-2 saatimizi aldı. Bir müddet montlarla oturmak zorunda kaldık. Ve yerler çok soğuktu, terlik olmadığı için de çok zorlandık.
