The Apartment is very close to the old town. The owner was very helpful and kind. This was our second time to stay here. It was very clean and well decorated. This Apartment will always be our first choice to stay in Xanthi.

Perfect stay

The location is perfect, 3 minutes away from the city centre, so you have markets, pubs, restaurants right next to your location. The apartment is spacious, super clean, the kitchen and the bathroom is well equipped, and you have a huge terrace that is absolutely wonderful to laze in the afternoons and evenings. The parking is right next to the apartment. The host was nice, he waited for us and handed us the key, everything was fast and smooth.

Superb apartment

The location was perfect, in the city center with a free parking place. Owners were, friendly and professional. Apartment was also very comfortable, bigger than expected and super clean. It is ideal for families. I would totally recommend it.

Exceptional

Absolutely fabulous two bedroom apartment and a really gigantic balcony. Spotless clean, newly decorated, new and modern furniture. Huge LCD TV equipment in each room . Big size two double beds plus a cozy couch bed, also double. Fridge, cofe machine ....The free cofe was a nice tuch... Very close to city center. The lady that owns the apartment was very nice to make all the arrangements to accommodate us, although we've arrived after 11 PM. She has checked with us in a very good English our arrival time. We haven't seen her but she was very helpful. Mr. Stavros gave us the keys and helped us to get a free parking almost in the middle of the night... Nice people... We were sorry that we stayed there for just one night. We were on our way to southern place in Greece We will happily pass by anytime we needed.

A small minus is that there is no microwave or a induction cooktop or a sandwich maker or a toaster .There are two kettles but....in such a nice apartment you expect to find one of this In the kitchen. Probably we were one of their first guests and they will soon add what is missing.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή! Είναι πολύ κοντά το κέντρο όπως και όλα. Δεν χρειάζεται να πάρω το αυτοκίνητο μου το οποίο στάθμευσα στο χώρο πάρκινγκ. Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός! Θα μείνω σίγουρα ξανά στο κατάλυμα όταν θα ξαναέρθω στην Ξάνθη. Ευχαριστώ για την φιλοξενία!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Άνετο και πεντακάθαρο. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και όλα καινούρια και περιποιημένα.

Υπήρχε μια πολύ δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης που τα αρωματικά χώρου δεν μπορούσαν να καλύψουν, αντιθέτως γινόταν ακόμα χειρότερο. Ενα μόνο χαρτί υγείας και, το «κουλό», τα 2 ρολά που υπήρχαν στο ντουλάπι ήταν μισοτελειωμένα. Θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε 1 μπουκάλι νερό διαθέσιμο.

Πεντακάθαρο!!!!! Ειλικρινά το πιο καθαρό που έχω δει ποτέ!!!! Δίνουν μεγάλη σημασία στη λεπτομέρεια! Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και με θέση πάρκινγκ (πολύ σημαντικό ειδικά για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά ). Το διαμέρισμα είναι ενιαίος χώρος, ευρύχωρο , πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση . Υπήρχαν είδη υγιεινής και καθαρισμού σε αφθονία, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, σιδερωστρα με σίδερο! Εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενέστατοι οικοδεσπότες με ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον στο να ικανοποιήσουν τον πελάτη.
