Καθαριότητα, ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα. Εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στο κέντρο , την παλιά πόλη και κάθε είδους κατάστημα.

Μοναδικό μέσο θέρμανσης το κλιματιστικό. Το μπάνιο δεν είχε μέσο θέρμανσης. Υπήρχε διαρκώς η αίσθηση του κρύου. Δεν υπήρχαν χαλιά και καθόλου χριστουγεννιάτικη διακόσμηση . Επίσης δεν υπήρχαν παντόφλες μιας χρήσης , κάτι που δεν κοστίζει αλλά διευκολύνει. Τίποτα από τρόφιμο για σύντομο πρωινό, μόνο 4-5 κάψουλες καφέ και 4 μικρά νερά στο ψυγείο. Οι λεπτομέρειες δίνουν αίσθημα φιλοξενίας και άνεσης στον επισκέπτη.
