The studio was amazing! We enjoyed every moment. Great sleep, great balcony, great showers! Above all, the host was a lovely person, he highlighted the pros of the area and the local entertainment life in a friendly still professional manner,, we really loved our short interaction.

the towels were smelly (bbq smell) , the matress of the bed and the couch were uncomfortable,there was mold in the bathroom ceiling, there were some leftover drinks from previous guests in the fridge, inside the closet we found two sealed condoms

Our guest was very kind and friendly person. The room was excellent and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We really liked the location. Very close to the old city of Xanthi. Highly recommended place!! We will definitely book this again on our next journey

perfect value for money

The studio is spacious for two persons, bright, with all necessary equipment to feel like home. Quality of bed is excellent, also perfect shower. It was spotlessly clean. There is a big balcony with table and chairs for the guests which is very convenient. It is a ten minutes walk to the central square which means you do not need to use your car. It has got a private parking. We paid 50 Eu per night. Value for money 10/10 . The host is extremely helpful and considerate, and he offered to order coffee and sandwiches for breakfast. We asked him to skip but he made an irresistable offer for bougatsa which we happily accepted. He also bought for us greek coffee and an equipment to make it . We highly recommend it.
