Everything was as it should. The owner was very helpful and solved a problem that occurred without delay. We had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect for us because we had friends living near by so our stay went smoothly. We highly recommend this studio.

Lovely and comfortable studio

Lovely studio on the first floor, clean and comfortable with everything you need - clean towels, coffee machine, iron, fridge etc., big balcony, private parking space. Friendly and helpful host.

Location is good, quiet, little bit far (1,8 км) from the lovely old town, makes a good digestive walk after dinner though. :)

Location was good for us, not so far to city center by walking in 12-13 minutes. If you like walking, good choice for you. This room suitable for 1 or 2 people. if someone accept sleep on sofa max 3 people. Balkony was good.

Friendly helpful welcome. Very clean and well appointed. Nice balcony and lounge area. Had everything we needes

Bed was uncomfortable (sagging in the middle) and squashed into a very small space. Large cupboard takes up too much space where bed should be. Noisy road but ok if you keep windows closed.

Everything was as expected based on the description and photos. Anything you might need as a traveler ( hair dryer, washing machine,iron) is present. The coffee and the bottled water top class. Very friendly owner willing to help you to enjoy your stay. Friendly neighborhood.

The mattress and the pillows are below average and should be replaced.

Το κατάλυμα είναι ζεστό και ωραία διακοσμημένο με άνετο, μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι ευγενικός. Σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα η ύπαρξη χώρου στάθμευσης. Η απόσταση από την παλιά πόλη είναι περίπου 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Το κρεβάτι είναι άνετο και μεγάλο αλλά στριμωγμένο σε ένα πολύ μικρό χώρο. Από την μία πλευρά είναι κολλημένο στον τοίχο και από την άλλη πάνω στην ντουλάπα, από την οποία υπάρχει μια απόσταση περίπου 20 εκατοστών. Είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να μπορέσεις να ξαπλώσεις και σχεδόν αδύνατο να χρησιμοποιήσεις την ντουλάπα. Φυσικά δεν υπάρχει χώρος για κομοδίνο όπου θα μπορούσες να κουμπήσεις ένα ποτήρι νερό για το βράδυ, το κινητό σου ή το βιβλίο σου. Η κουζίνα έχει τα βασικά για να ετοιμάσεις κάτι πρόχειρο. Πιστεύω ότι ένας φούρνος μικροκυμάτων θα ήταν σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα για κάποιον που θα ήθελε να ζεστάνει κάτι να φάει. Τέλος το internet είναι αργό. Ίσως να είναι πρόβλημα της θέσης του καταλύματος γιατί ούτε τα δεδομένα δούλευαν γρήγορα.

Страхотно преживяване и прекрасно отношение

Стаята беше много хубава, с удобства и хубаво разположение. Терасата беше просторна и с изглед към града. Кварталът бе тих и нямаше напрежение от трафика. В стаята всичко е заредено - има сешоар, допълнителна тоалетна хартия, чисти чаршафи, калъфки, одеала и всякакви мазила и продукти за душ. Всичко е чисто и подредено. Истински разкош. Има парко място за колата. Домакинът е изключително мил и любезен. Помага за всякакви въпроси и дава насоки и предложения за ресторанти и места в града. Апартаментът е на 10-15 мин пеша от центъра. Ксанти заслужава да се посети заради кокетността и красотата си. Старият град дава чувство на уют и спокойствие. Самият град е чист и подреден. Хората са отзивчиви и винаги готови да помагат. Страхотно място!!!
